4. TQM Coordinator profile

Responsibilities:

• Do : Establish team, determine team members(incl. advisor & facilitator), recommending project, set up team meeting schedule for all project team, motivate project team members, promotion, Progress Report to management (Monthly),conduct Steering Committeee meeting
• Check: Attending the project meeting (sampling), Review (Project progress, Team Skills, Facilitator, absenteeism, Facilitator periodic report ), sustain the project achievement & standardization
• Act : Countermeasure the discrepancies, eliminate roadblock

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
