MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (MTM)
POSITION SUMMARY
This Management Trainee Program is design for University Fresh Graduates who wants to learn and starts their career path in Shipping and Supply Chain Management Industries. The selected candidates will under gone 6 months on the job training with the company and learn much about the industry sector. This six months on Job Training will be captured on all division/function. The Company will offer a Permanent Employment status to any trainee who meet company’s highest requirement and standard.
REQUIREMENTS
* Fresh Graduates from reputable university
* Having a good degree in Technical Science preferably in Industrial Engineering and Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.30
* Age, minimum 23-25 Years Old
* Having proficiency in English both oral and written (TOEFL score min 500).
* Willing to go for 6 months company’s training program
* Creative, energetic result oriented person and able to work under minimum supervision
* Must be Computer literate and good in Windows application such; Word, Excel and Power point.
