PAYROLL & ADMIN OFFICER ( P A O )

Qualifications:


* S1 or D3 Degree in Informatics Engineering or Informatics Management with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.

* Female age of maximum are 24 years old & min. 1 year experience in similar position or fresh graduates are welcome.

* Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with Visual Basic program will be an advantage.

* Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.

Duties & Responsibilities :

* Check and entry all data related to expenditure to be paid by the company to employee for the month on progress.

* Calculate tax to be paid for each employee through branch, prepare and distribute all employee income tax return.

* Conduct posting in company book keeping, check the balance of data entry in the journal in appropriate system with SAP program.

* Conduct payment process to employee through the system in cooperation with appointed bank, communicate with the bank should any problems occurred.

* Procedure payment slip, distribute the slip to each employee (coordinate with branch).

PURCHASING STAFF

Qualifications:

* Hold Bachelor or Diploma degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Management with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.

* Age of maximum are 24 years old & minimum 1 years experience in similar position.

* Have Knowledge of parts and materials in heavy equipment would be an advantage.

* Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office.

* Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia.

* Have an excellent interpersonal and communications skill.

* Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.


Duties & Responsibilities :

* Develops inventory and logistics strategies, policies and procedure for all materials by survey to all vendor to meet company requirement.

* Identifies common items in existing inventory and ensures appropriate inventory management practices.

* Establishes logistical service requirements for materials and equipment used.

* Implements an inventory and logistics network strategy that optimizes end-user material / equipment / service requirements.

* Guidelines policies and procedures for inventory and logistics management control.

ROTATING / TURBINE SPESIALIST

Qualifications:

* S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.

* Age of maximum are 26 years old & minimum 1 year experience in Rotating or Turbine.

* Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with Auto Cad program will be an advantage.

* Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.

* Min. 1 year experience in heavy equipment in order to operate Turbine.

* Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia.

* Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.


Duties & Responsibilities :

* Design, analyze through inspection for witness test at vendor to assure all equipment purchased to meet engineering requirement as customer needed.

* Provide technical assistance and direction for implementation on site as inquiries from customer by using standard operational for all equipment.

* Evaluate and reporting result of survey all travel activities by selecting established vendor to meet company requires.

P U M P ENGINEER ( P E )

Qualifications:

* S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.

* Age of maximum are 27 years old & minimum 1 year experience in similar position.

* Have Knowledge of parts and materials in Pump set in Industrial category.

* Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with Auto Cad program will be an advantage.

* Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.

* Min. 1 year experience in heavy equipment in order to operate pump set, PLC, understand the application of PUIL, ANSI, NEC, IEE and IEEEE.

* Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia and holding driving license (SIM A) will be an advantage.

* Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.


Duties & Responsibilities :

* Researches and identifies applications, performance requirements to assure adequacy for the intended function in customer acceptable terms.

Qualifications:

* D3 Degree in Engineering with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.

* Age of maximum are 24 years old & minimum 1 year experience in similar position or fresh graduates are welcome.

* Have knowledge of SHE and hold training / seminars certificate of safety will be an advantage.

* Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia for a long term.

* Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.


Duties & Responsibilities :

* Prepare and handling all administration activity on site and report to management.

* Oversees and supervise manpower and operational on site regarding on the agreements to meet company goals.

* Responsible for involving safety system on site in order to achieve SHE regulations by management procedures and compliance with OHSAS 18001.

PLANT ADMIN ASSISTANT

Reports to : Plant Manager

Summary of accountabilities :
* Providing administrative support and assistance to the Plant Manager and all his direct reports

* Be the backup person to the Plant’s Receptionist during receptionist absence

* Act as custodian for the Plant’s petty cash fund

* In charge for plant’s office supplies requirements

* In charge in the preparation and monitoring of the plant management cost center budget/actual FME, as well as administrative support to the Plant Controllership Team


Who are we looking for?

* Minimum College degree, preferably in Secretarial or Accounting major

* 1 – 2 years related work experience (secretarial, accounting, or equivalent)

* Good interpersonal and communication skills, good judgment and analytical skills

* English language proficient

* Able to communicate well with all levels

* Willing to work in Cikarang Plant

COST ANALYST

Reports to : Cost Accounting Manager, Cikarang Plant

Summary of accountabilities :

* Ensuring timely recording and proper valuation of inventories including landed cost calculation and price variance analysis

* Ensuring correct entries in the General Ledger accounts and that all inventory accounts are reconciled monthly

* Validating all Prism transaction entries before transferring the data into the JDE Financial Systems

* Maintenance of inventory records and ensures cyclic stock count is carried out

* Preparing report to highlight major variances and non-moving inventories

* Assisting in the monthly preparation and analysis of variances


Who are we looking for?

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Accountancy Computer

* Minimum 2 years experience as a cost accountant

* Good oral and written communication abilities

* Good analytical skills

* Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

* English language proficient

* Willing to work in Cikarang Plant
