For Customer Service, the incumbent will be responsible to serve and assist customers in most efficient and professional way.

For Tellers, the incumbent will be responsible to do the daily balancing on physical money and transaction voucher against our internal system, be vigilant of any suspected fraud or fake notes, adhere with banking procedures and audit recommendation.

TELLER – Operations

Responsibility:

This position will report to HR Director. The incumbent is responsible to organize, implement and maintain HR Roles, policy, regulations and other HR roles, dealing with external challenges within specific local environment.

Monitor and reviewing supplier’s performance

Maintaining MRP parameters and all static data (safety stock, lead time, min stock) for planning purpose
*
Collaboration of upstream function (supply chain, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, finance, and marketing) over procurement parameters to identify all constraints in the search of global optimum

Requirements:
