Core Network Technology Manager (Jakarta)

Job Function:

1. Develop HCPT Circuit Switch (CS) & Packet Switch (PS) Core Network Technology solution, including Strategy & Development Approach of design solution which shall be base on bellow Open standardization:
* GSM/3GPP Releases Standardization (R99, R4, R5, R6)
* Camel (Phase-1, Phase-2, Phase-3) & INAP CS-1 & 2
* Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Phase 1 & 2
2. Assess Telco Contractor’s/ Vendor Product Roadmap & Releases Compliance against HCPT’s CS & PS Core Feature Requirement & Capability which is part of HCPT’s Business Requirement Document (BRD).
3. In addition to that, the following tasks shall also be part of candidate’s responsibility :
* Define CS & PS Core Network Systems Integration Point & Requirement toward external nodes under VAS/IN/BCCS/Service Architecture (SA)
* Develop CS & PS Core Data Communication Network (DCN), including Design Strategy, IP address & Security requirement.
4. Liaise with HCPT’s Contractors to produce Detail System Design (DSD) of those area responsibility mentioned above, Including prepare Variation Notice for such requirement.
5. Prepare Technical Requirement of CS & PS Core Network as part of Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) activity


Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Computer science with minimum between 7 to 10 years experiences in GSM/WCDMA CS & PS Core experiences, preferable in solution and design background
* 3GPP release 4 and release 5 CS & PS Core knowledge
* Knowledge in Data Communication Network (DCN) and IP addressing and security is must
* Good knowledge of interfaces between IN & VAS platform toward Core Network (i.e. CAMEL, SS7, MAP, ISUP, SCCP) and Service Architecture/BCCS (Diameter, COBRA, SOAP, XML etc.)

Roles:

As a member of HR & Administration Department, the incumbent has a direct reporting line to the Indonesian HR & Administration Manager.

The incumbent is responsible:
