KEY ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
*
Maintaining an existing book of business, conducting pro-active sales appointments with key decision makers, uncovering client needs, and maintaining customer accounts within a geographic territory
*
*
Developing and implementing the sales strategies, account business plan to achieve targets
*
Developing annual account business plan, account fact file and measurements (sales volume, budgeting, shared growth, space management, promotion activity, promotion budget, strategy execution, and time line)
*
As an outside field representative, will educate, instruct, and up sell all assigned and newly generated accounts in a predetermined geographic territory and enable the company to maximize and maintain the volume of business
*
Maintaining a good relationship with major key accounts
*
Monitoring and analyzing the market situation, in the short term, medium, and long term including market share growth, competitor activity and consumer update
*
Provides ongoing service and problem solving to customer base within geographic territory
*
Managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
Qualifications:
*
Male, age between 25 – 35 years old
*
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or Industrial/Food Technology from reputable university
*
Related experience in fast moving consumer goods industry at least 3 years
*
Excellent in leadership and negotiation skill
*
Strong business acumen & analytical skills to synthesize information into actionable
*
Able to work under pressure and likes challenges, ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and fast-growing company
*
Expertise in managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
*
Excellent command in both written and spoken English is a requirement, must also be proficient in the use of computer skill
