1. IT SUPPORT/HELP DESK & INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (IT STAFF LEVEL) Code : IT
Specific Qualifications :
- Candidates must be at least Diploma Degree in Information Technology with proven academic excellence
- Have good knowledge in IT for system environment, operating system, networking, security & IT governance
- Working experience in IT industry, preferable as system support/system helpdesk/information security officer/system admin & having certification in IT will be an advantage.
2. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SUPERVISOR (Code : C&B)
As the Compensation & Benefit SPV you will be accountable for Coordination and delivery of Company Performance Management System, Internal and external equity programs, Create and merit data spreadsheets, Job matching and data analysis to match market compensation to Company Compensation, Develop and administer reward and recognition (non-cash award), Develop and manage promotional guidelines, Advise to Recruitment Department on all compensation factors for new hire and also determine merit and bonus budgets.
Specific Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Statistics/Mathematics with min. GPA 2,75
- Experience in Compensation & Benefit system and procedure
- Able to plan, well-organized and well-adjusted
- Ability to assume a high level of responsibility and workload is needed
3. INSTRUCTOR (Code : IR)
Specific Qualifications :
- Min. STM or S1 from IKIP in automotive/machine/electrician
4. OPERATOR TRAINER (Code : OT)
Specific Qualifications :
- Min STM or D3 in automotive/machine/electrician
General Requirement :
1. Male : Max 32 (IT), 35 (C&B) & 40 (IR & OT)
2. Have experience in the same position min. : 2 years (IT), 3 years (C&B) & 4 years (IR & OT)
3. Competence in heavy equipment operation and technical analysis will be an advantage (IR)
4. Having experience as an operator of heavy equipment will be an advantage (OT)
5. Good communications in English ; both of written & spoken
6. Computer literate : windows application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
7. Posses good inter-personal skill, proactive, initiative, discipline, good attitude, team work and hard worker
8. Ready to work in Balikpapan or any branch/project (IT, IR & OT)
9. Ready to work under-pressure situation & business trip
10. Willing to extend work hours
