IT Technical Support (ITS)

Key Responsibilities :

* Provide support technical support for servers, PC for Core and Non-Core applications

* Provide support for HW and SW infrastructures for users by configuring the HW, installing the OS and network to be able users and system utilize the infrastructure

* Support end-users as technical support for servers & PC workstation

* Support IT Operation in the area of EOD processing for core banking

* Continuously monitor application availability and report any problem to your supervisor

Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering , Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

* Having experience at least 1 (one) year in similar area and/or comparable and/or telecommunications devices

* Knowledge of banking operations in general

* Good knowledge of Departmental operations

* Excellent to extraordinary knowledge of hardware/software/embedded systems deployed throughout the Bank

* Self starter and highly motivated person

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit

* Proven capacity to develop relationship and manage a team

* PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline

* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English

ORDER DESK - LIGHTING COMMERCIAL • (1 position) • Philips Lighting • Jakarta

ORDER DESK - LIGHTING COMMERCIAL for Jakarta

KEY AREA RESPONSIBLE :
* Order Monitoring : Ensure Customer order processed accurately and timely to meet or exceed Customer expectation by doing daily order status monitoring and troubleshooting. At this moment, manual data entry and order confirmation using SAP system is still needed until electronic ordering can be implemented.

* Process Control and Coordination : Overseeing and coordinating the entire order delivery process with other Supply Chain functions such as warehouse and distribution team to ensure goods delivered to Customer on time, with Planning & Procurement, to ensure good receiving process is according to the agreed plan. Escalating issues and problems to Sales team, Finance & Accounting team, and Management to get resolutions.

* Analyses and Reporting : Provide Weekly sales and order status analysis for Sales team, Weekly Customer service Key Performance Indicator root cause analysis and resolution, Monthly internal report to Management and Monthly Report to Customer.

* Customer Communication : Conducting regular Customer visits and meetings to update Customer on service policy such as Order book deployment, Order status update, Customer service performance report, and getting Customer feedbacks.

* Improvement Projects : Other improvement projects to further enhance customer value and business process performance, for example: Customer Service Level Improvement, Order Processing Time Reduction, Delivery Improvement, etc

KEY OBJECTIVE :
To provide Customer Services to Philips Lighting Customers and to enhance customer value and business performance through coordinating all aspect of order processing such as order monitoring, Process control and coordination, Analysis and Reporting, Customer communication, and other improvement projects.


PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS :

* Min. Bachelor degree (S1) with strong marketing and industrial background.

* Years experience in Order Desk of FMCG

* Good knowledge in Supply Chain

* Good interpersonal skill

* Good communication skill (Both Indonesia & English)

* Familiar with SAP

* Good computer literate

* Not more than 30 years old
