Job Scope:

* To maintain and manage all network equipment and monitor the performance

Special Requirements:

Mobile Network_Project Implementation Dept Head

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage network elements installation and commissioning for new sites under his
area of responsibility weather in-house or thru contractors and meeting the
schedule. Ensure the good quality of network (KPI) as part of the over-all
objective.
• Over-see and control the whole activity under his job scope and maintain good
quality workmanship according to company standard. Ensure that project will
not exceed on the allocated budget.
• Support, monitor and coordinate closely with the Project and Construction
Department, Radio Planning Department, Transmission Planning and Contractors
for details of site configuration prior to implementation. This pertains to
equipment configuration, type of equipment to be used, frequency and channel
assignments, antenna orientation and tilting and site development
completeness.
• Prepare project update report, attended management project meeting, delegate
the work activities to his subordinates and ensure proper information,
instructions and guidelines are followed and adhering company safety and
security standard.
• Furnish network equipment implementation activity schedule for Radio Planning,
Transmission Planning, Project and Construction, Operations and Maintenance
Departments and Logistics & Warehouse the itemized list of equipment for
preparation and delivery to site.
• Manages and implement all site upgrade/downgrade and modifications like
re-orientation, re-tilting, and re-location of equipment and additional
infrastructure accordingly. This includes the detailed material inventory
requisitioned, configuration, problems encountered and, if available, its
solution and the site status as completed.
• Coordinate with the other Managers and Section Head for details of site(s) and
equipment/network configuration requirement prior to installation. Schedule
and allocate available manpower and resources for the speed up the
implementation.
• Prepare project various implementation processes and project budget of his
area of responsibility.
• Headed to meet the group KPI/KRA and review subordinates performance
appraisals.

QUALIFICATION

• At least 7 years minimum extensive experience in telecommunications – Network
Implementation of NSS/BSC/BTS and Transmission installation and commissioning
single or multi-vendor environment for CTMS (CDMA/GSM) and Involved on various
project start-up of the network.
• A graduate of a bachelor’s degree in engineering - specifically in Electrical
& Electronics Communications from a reputable technical school.
• Completed any major course in project management or MBA (Added Factor).
• Must be able to transfer the technology to the locals and willing to assign
any of the project areas in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English Communication and Chinese Mandarin Language (Added
Factor).
• Attended or completed essential courses in CDMA/GSM wireless technology.

SITAC PRICE ASSURANCE DEPT HEAD

Job Description:

* Develop price guidelines for site acquisition; both lease and purchase, taken into account the morphology.

* Review proposed price by SITAC vendor and determine the fair price.

* Manage the sitac team

* Negotiate price with site owner

* Conduct site audit randomly

* Provide report and analysis to management

Qualifications:

* At least 5 years experience in Sitac Team at Cellular Operator, or Property Agent, or Sitac Vendor.

* Good knowledge of property value in specific location.

* Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills

* High integrity and honest

* Willing to travel

* Team player and good coordination with related Department

* Knowledge in legal aspects relating to site acquisition will be advantage

* Good presentation and spreadsheet skills

* Fluent in English, both written and oral
