ASTRA GRADUATE PROGRAM (MT - AGP)
You will be trained, developed intensively and be involved in hands-on project to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment. Requirements:

ENVIRONTMENT, HEALTH, SAFETY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (ESR Trainee)
ESR Trainee is a development program in EHS (Environtment & Health) – SR (Social Responsibility) which certified by EHS – SR competencies, that line with the objective of ESR Astra Group. You will be develop become a credible cadre of ESR which certified by EHS – SR competencies through program in class training and on the job training within 12 months.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Civil, Environment, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Geology), Public Health, Agriculture, Forestry
Actively Involved in organizational activities
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience
Ready for placement throughout Astra Group (Including Site and Plantation in Indonesia)
ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACC)
You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures. Mastering accounting principles is a must.

Requirements:
S1 degree from Accounting major
Mastering accounting principles is a must.
Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work
Good interpersonal and communication skill
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT STAFF (PRM)
You will be responsible for developing guidance on performance and remmuneration system, monitoring the implementation, giving consultancy to Astra Group related to job evaluation, performance and remmuneration project.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from any major preferable from Statistics
Having good interpersonal skill
Customer oriented

Senior Completions Engineer

This position is based in Jakarta, and major responsibilities will include engineering, designing and preparation of programs for drilling and completion activities, ensuring that all engineering and planning are performed in a structured manner that complies with Santos management, operations and safety system. Other major responsibility would be monitoring rig operations and provide technical and engineering support.

This position is also responsible but not limited to provide assistance for preparation of budgetary and detailed cost estimates for drilling and completion operations, to coordinate, promote, monitor and recommend technology advancements that improve safety and operational performance and wellbore quality.

The holder of this position is expected to perform regular rig visits and ideally supervise rig completion operations.

This position will be reporting to the Drilling Manager.
Only the very best will be considered for the position, applicants must possess the

following requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience working as completions engineer for drilling activity within oil & gas industry.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
• Have proven engineering and planning abilities.
• Able to operate drilling and completion applications and other related software.
• Previous experience in dealing with BPMIGAS would be advantageous.
