SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST / ANALYST

To support management in reaching its goal in operation excellence by leveraging supply chain efficiency & effectiveness.

He/ she will be responsible to :

* Analyze, evaluate and propose supply chain model to the management, aligned with Corporate Strategic Intent

* Ensure the supply chain model and objectives are met and implemented according to the design and time constraint

* Work hand-in-hand with process owners to achieve supply chain objectives (align with the operational KPIs)

* Promote improvement culture and integrate improvement initiatives across corporate functions, regarding supply chain.

* Have a solid educational background in Industrial Engineering/ Business from a reputable university (local or overseas) with GPA min 3,0

* Have minimum 1-2 years experience in the area of improvement; concerning Planning/ Procurement/ Lean manufacturing/ Logistics & 5R implementation

* Highly conceptual, analytical and strong problem solver

* Able to express ideas and interact effectively with all management levels

* Enjoy working in a dynamic and “mobile” environment with the ability to work under pressure

* Fluent in English

* Computer literate (Ms. Office : Word, Excel, Power Point is a must)

* Programming ability & ERP exposure will be an advantage.

IT HELPDESKOFFICER (IT-HLP)

Key Responsibilities :

* Perform daily activity for helpdesk operations to register problem, generate daily reports, follow-up to other IT staff for problem resolutions

* To go through and to prepare set or recommendations to improve the existing processes, procedures and practices to improve and to manage confidentiality, integrity and availability of information

* Support day to day System and Technology operation in helpdesk, administrative and control for incoming and outgoing documents, follow-up action items to project team according to project plan


Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

* Having experience at least 1 - 2 years in the similar area

* Good knowledge of banking operations in general

* Good knowledge of Hardware Server and Work Station

* Good knowledge of Software (operating system, database engine and other related system application) and Network (LAN and WAN) in general

* Self starter and highly motivated person

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit

* PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline

Job Requirement :

Area Manager

Incumbent will be assigned to develop export business in certain area both to develop existing business and also expanding vacant market.

Specific Qualification :

* Male 25 – 29 years old

* Having at least 2 years experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG products

* Good understanding in export procedures.


General qualification :

* Able to work under pressure and result oriented

* Able to communicate (both verbal and written) fluently in English is obligatory. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or other major languages is advantageous.

* Willing to travel extensively with possibility of long stay in certain region

* Good interpersonal relation skill and well organized.
