TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Responsibility :
* Conduct training need analisyses for every units based on their peformance and development plan.
* Design and conduct specific training program base on training objectives and annual training plan.
* Establish and countinously improve the training system for every units by setting the annual training plan, system and process.
* Follow up on the effectivenss of training programs and policies
* Responsible for day to day administration of training programs and policies.
Requirements :
* Male, Maximum of 30 years old
* Bechelor Degree in relevant field study from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
* Proficient in English oral and writen
* Minimum 3 years experienced as Training Coordinator
* Computer literate
* Strong leadership and organizational skill
SALES ENGINEER
Qualification :
* Maximum of 35 years old
* University graduate preferably Mechanical Engineer.
* Proficient in English oral and writen
* Has Experiences at least one year as Sales Engineer .
* Computer and Internet laterate

* SI Degree in civil engineering
* At least 2 years experience in the engineering produck
* Proficient in English oral and writen
ENGINEERING MANAGER
Qualification :
* Maximum of 38 years old

* Has been in the same position for min 3 years.
* Proficient in English oral and writen
* Computer and internet literate
