b. Wanita, minimal 18 tahun, maksimal 27 tahun.

Tinggi / Berat Badan :
a. Pria, minimal 165 cm / berat badan proporsional
b. Wanita, minimal 160 cm / berat badan proporsional
8.
Tidak dalam ikatan kerja langsung dengan instansi lain (termasuk dengan PT. KAI)
9.
Tidak pernah terlibat Narkoba atau Psikotropika
10.
Tidak bertato dan bertindik ditempat yang tidak lazim
11.
Diutamakan memiliki kemampuan Beladiri yang dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat
12.
Diutamakan telah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan pengamanan oleh Kepolisian yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat

Lulus dalam mengikuti Seleksi Calon POLSUSKA yang diselenggarakan oleh Panitia Rekrut PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Tahun 2010

Peserta yang lulus dari seleksi Calon POLSUSKA diwajibkan mengikuti pelatihan POLSUSKA selama 3 (tiga) bulan dan khusus untuk wanita tidak dalam keadaan hamil
B. Persyaratan Umum Lamaran :
Surat lamaran (ditulis tangan) dan ditandatangani diatas materai Rp.6.000,00 (enam ribu rupiah) oleh peserta dengan melampirkan :

Fotocopy ijazah terakhir yang telah dilegalisir (1 lembar)

Fotocopy transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir (1 lembar)
c.
Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku (1 lembar)

Fotocopy Akte Kelahiran / Kenal Lahir (1 lembar)
e.
Pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4 X 6 cm, sebanyak 3 (tiga) buah (cantumkan nama dibelakangnya)
f.
Asli Surat Keterangan Kelakukan Baik dari Kepolisian yang masih berlaku
g.
Surat Pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah perusahaan bermaterai Rp. 6.000,00 (ditulis tangan sendiri)
h.
Curiculum Vitae, mencantumkan pengalaman bekerja sampai dengan saat ini, sertifikat (keahlian/kejuruan), Ijasah tertinggi yang dimiliki bila ada

Asli Surat Keterangan sehat dari dokter pemerintah

Foto copy Kartu Pencari Kerja (ak/1) yang telah dilegalisir dari Disnaker setempat

D. Prosedur Lamaran

Pelamar harus mengisi / entry data pada Formulir lamaran kerja yang tersedia melalui Website : www.kereta-api.co.id , pelamar secara otomatis akan memperoleh nomor register.
2.
Formulir yang telah diisi tersebut dicetak dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar beserta persyaratannya dimasukkan dalam amplop berwarna cokelat tertutup dengan mencantumkan KODE POLSUSKA dan NOMOR REGISTER (contoh penulisan kode : POLSUSKA – 0123456) yang dicetak dari website www.kereta-api.co.id disudut kanan atas, dikirim melalu pos paling lambat tanggal 13 Juli 2010 dengan alamat :

E. Pelaksanaan Seleksi
1.
Pelamar yang dipanggil untuk mengikuti seleksi, hanya pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi tahap 1 / administratif yang dilakukan di daerah masing-masing dan memenuhi kriteria serta sesuai sort list yang akan di umumkan pada tanggal 16 Juli 2010.

Pengumuman / pemanggilan peserta yang akan mengikuti proses seleksi, dapat diakses di website www.kereta-api.co.id dan tidak dilakukan surat menyurat.
3.
Setiap pelaksanaan seleksi, peserta wajib membawa kartu tanda peserta yang telah ditempel pasphoto dan diperlihatkan kepada panitia.
4.
Lamaran yang sudah dikirim tidak dikembalikan.
5.
Lamaran yang pernah dikirim ke PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) sebelum pemberitahuan ini dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
6.
Dalam Proses seleksi ini tidak dipungut biaya apapun dan dihimbau untuk mengabaikan pihak-pihak yang menjanjikan dapat membantu kelulusan.
7.
Dalam Proses seleksi ini berlaku sistem gugur dan keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

4. Marine Operation Section Head
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Maritime Science or related discipline,
- Experience as marine officer for oil and gas industry 5 years,
- Expert for marine operational activities related with inventory management,
- Familiar with all marine permit with external relation.
5. Project Support Section Head
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting or Finance Management,
- Experience as project control specially in oil and gas industry,
- Expert in preparing budget data and controlling expense accurately,
- Prepare budget revision if necessary.
6. Construction Section Head
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Civil engineer or mechanical engineer,
- Experience minimum 7 years in project specially in oil and gas industry,
- Experience in supervising and communicate with contractor effectively,
- Experience prepare and measure allocation budget during construction in site.
7. Procurement / Logistic Superintendent
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Management or related discipline,

- Familiar with PTK 007 / 2009 about Supply Chain Management for PSC issued by BPMIGAS and other regulation related,
- Having good negotiation and communication skill.

- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Geology,
- Experience in geophysicist minimum 5 years,
- Experience and good technical knowledge of geologic principles and well log interpretation and field mapping techniques,
- Familiar with 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, mapping and prospect generation and extensively well log analysis, correlation and integration with other subsurface data.
9. HR Superintendent
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent,
- Having experience in oil and gas industry minimum 10 years,
- Familiar with employee regulation and its aspects,
