MINE ENGINEER (Code: MNE)

Purpose of the role:

Produce Mine planning and mine designs, maintain and monitor implementation in order to support the overall success of the Mining department.

Requirements:
*

Experience in short term and long term Mine Planning and or experience mine operation would be advantage
*

Computer literate using a wide range of software such as Surpac, Vulcan, Data Mine, Auto Cad and others mine related software.
FIRE CONTROL ENGINEER (CODE : FCEG) Post Date: 15 Aug 07
Purpose of the role:

The main accountability of the Fire Control Systems Engineer is develop and implement a fixed fire control management system at PT Inco, with the following objectives:

*

Key assets at PT Inco are adequately provided with fixed fire control systems that conform to NFPA standards or equivalent.
*

These systems are always in a proper working condition, so that fires are effectively extinguished, and personnel are properly alerted for the purposes of evacuation and response

Key Role Accountabilities:

*

Maintain a register of fixed fire control systems. This is to include relevant operational data including inspection requirements, current condition, technical specifications and conformance to NFPA.
*

Develop and mange an inspection and preventative maintenance program for all fixed fire control systems at PT Inco. This will include a schedule for inspections to be conducted by FES Crew, the Fire Control Engineer and by Fire Engineer contractors (as determined by technical difficulty and required frequency of the various types of inspections).
*

Develop and implement a system to manage corrective actions resulting from these inspections that allocates accountabilities for rectification of problems and tracks implementation.
*

Manage corrective actions that are the accountability of the PT Inco fire & Emergency Service (FES).
*

As required, provide training in inspections and maintenance for the FES.
*

Provide monthly reporting against this program, which includes tracking of corrective actions by Department.
*

From time to time, participate in fire control risk assessments conducted at PTI.
*

Manage fire system maintenance contractors as required.
*

Remain abreast of new developments in fire control technology and practice, and where applicable, introduce these to the site.

Requirements:

* S1 Mechanical & Control Engineer with 4 years experience in Fire Control Systems (inspection & engineering).

* Fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia

* Mechanical and/or control engineering qualifications

* Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Accident Investigation skills.

FINANCIAL ANALYST (Code: FAPS)

Purpose of the role:

To assist Operation Manager in optimizing cost, production and capital; Cost Reduction Initiatives; Understanding Financial matters and at the same time providing required information to Comptroller Department.

Key Role Accountabilities:

* Provide assistance to Department with Cost Reduction Initiative in operations.

* Provide cost impact report and “What if” analyses.

* Provide training for people in Operations on Interpretation of Financial Statements and Reports.

* Support operations to prepare budget and forecast.

* Support in preparation of justification for Capital Plan.

* Support Operations in providing timely and accurate information to Comptroller.

* Update Operations Management on Changes to SPI


Requirements:

* Must be a University graduate majoring in Accounting

* 5 years experience in accounting or auditing roles

* English language is essential

* Computer literacy in Spreadsheet/Accounting software

Government Relations Coordinator (Code: GRCO)

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to Superintendent Government Relations, the role holder is to ensure Government’s support to PTI operations.

Key Role Accountabilities:

1.

Maintain and develop good working relationship with government officers and/or agencies.
2.

Direct and communicate all company’s policies and regulations in order to achieve target PTI.
3.

Ensures all permit and licenses or report are valid in order to achieve company requirement.
4.

Ensures implementation COW and business in order to achieve conduct socialization.
5.

Analyze and execute disputes between the company and external and able to take necessary action independently while negotiating company in order to achieve target Company.


Requirements:

*

S1 Degree from recognized University in a related field, preferably with Social sciences, Laws, Mine/Industrial engineer, Environment sciences.
*

Preferable having 2 years experiences in deal with government permit/ legislative, involve in Community Development project, dealing with Legislative, involvement in environment/forest project.
*

Ability to maintain coordination and communication with Government, legislative and community
*

Basic knowledge of Mining/ Environment/ Forest regulations and general government relations

Technical Competencies:

Expert in Presentation Skills; Uses time effectively to balance emphasis on relationships and on goals

Reads, writes, and speaks English.
