1. Marketing & Sales Planning

Responsible
to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to raw
data analysis that will used to plan & implement marketing &
sales actions. Maintain good teamwork to all related section.
2. Production Engineering
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to car production, especially in daily control of production
plan. Maintain good teamwork in order to cope with engineering-related
concept and problems.
3. Production

Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to car production, such as Painting, Welding, and overall
Production. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control
production plan.
4. Production Preparation Control & Logistic

Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to car production, especially the demand & supply in
Logistic department of each Plant. Maintain good teamwork in order to
determine and control production plan.
5. Part & Supply Control

Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to part order & supply. Maintain good teamwork to all
related section.
6. Quality

Responsible plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to product quality, especially to lessen defect per unit (DPU).
7. Maintenance

Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to car production, especially in maintenance department.
Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.


Qualifications

1. Undergraduate Degree (S1) of Mechanical Eng. , Electric
Eng. , Industrial Eng. (1,2,3,4,5), Chemical Eng. (3), Mechanical Eng.
, Electric Eng. (6,7), Civil Eng. & Informatics Eng.
2. Minimum GPA 2,9 (scale of 4) & show evidence of good level in English (oral & written).
3. Ready
to be placed in plant / factory in Jakarta and Karawang &
demonstrate a good & comprehensive knowledge & skill mastering.
4. Exhibit good leadership & communication and show excellent analytical thinking process.



For : D3

1. General Affair

Responsible to provide, control, and maintain the availability of all company(s) devices.
2. Production

Responsible to make sure that all production-related activities, such
as daily operation, production recovery plan is well-operated.
3. Engineering & Vehicle Logistics

Responsible to make sure that all engineering-related activities is
well-maintained. Control the flow process of vehicle logistics.
4. Environmental Health & Safety

Responsible to make sure that all safety & health activities, such
as waste water treatment, air circulation, etc. are well-maintained
& controlled.
5. Maintenance

Responsible to make sure that all production-related equipment is well maintained.
6. Export & Import

Responsible to make sure that all activities related to export – import
traffic activities. Maintain good teamwork to government institutions
& all related section, internal nor external.
7. Purchasing

Responsible to maintain and control all procurement administration activities.


Qualifications

1. Diploma Degree (D3) of Civil Eng. & Informatics Eng.
(1), Chemical Eng. (2), Environmental Eng. & Public Health (4),
Mechanical Eng.,

Electrical Eng., Industrial Eng. (2,3,5,6), Business Administration & Accounting (6,7)
2. Minimum GPA 2,9 (scale of 4).
