VARIOUS POSITION AT PT.TOBA PULP LESTARI

PT.TOBA PULP LESTARI an International Organization with main business in Kraft and Dissolving Pulp Located at Kabupaten Toba Samosir, North Sumatera. We are currently looking for highly motivated professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Recaust / Lime Klin Engineer (RE)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in the operation and trouble shooting of the Kiln and Recaust, having Knowledge about the refractory for the Lime Re-burning Kiln. Establish departmental objectives, strategies, structure, plans to achieve maximum departmental efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
• Male
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Hold S1 Chemical
• Having minimum experience 7 years and preferably in pulp mill
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good aptitude for Team work and TQM projects preferred
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.

2. Senior Civil Engineer (CE)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to supervise and design the Civil Project and analyze civil problems, proposes the solution to superior. Organize and conduct Civil predictive and preventive maintenance. Establish departmental objectives, strategies, structure, plans to achieve maximum departmental efficiency.

Requirements:
• Male
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Hold S1 Civil Engineer
• Having minimum experience 7 years and preferably in pulp mill
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good aptitude for Team work and TQM projects preferred
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.

3. Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for electrical maintenance and power system analyzed either in LV or HV, understanding and knowledge electrical system, construction, development and implementation of all electrician systems or equipment, planning and coordination with Production to ensure maximum equipment availability, providing commissioning start-up and trouble shooting support.

Requirements:
• Male, max 40 years old.
• Min S1 Electrical
• Min experience 10 years and preferably in pulp mill.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Able to work in a team oriented environment.

4. TQM Coordinator profile

Responsibilities:
• Planning: Set target (team, project improvement, training); set up mechanism to enroll team or new project & how to evaluate the project; plan TQM promotion activities(Quality Day / contest, etc)
• Do : Establish team, determine team members(incl. advisor & facilitator), recommending project, set up team meeting schedule for all project team, motivate project team members, promotion, Progress Report to management (Monthly),conduct Steering Committeee meeting
• Check: Attending the project meeting (sampling), Review (Project progress, Team Skills, Facilitator, absenteeism, Facilitator periodic report ), sustain the project achievement & standardization
• Act : Countermeasure the discrepancies, eliminate roadblock

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Toba Samosir
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably coordinator/supervisors specializing in Pulp Mill and Forest division
• Full-Time positions available.
