Legal & Remedial Staff

General Qualifications
* Familiar with banking legal & credit documentation (loan agreement, security documents such as pledge, fiduciary transfer, mortgage, personal guarantor, corporate guarantor, etc.)
*
Good knowledge of Company Law and investment procedure
*
Able to provide legal advice and legal opinion
*
Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
*
Fluent in English speaking and written
*
Pleasant personality, assertive, honest, high integrity, and willing to work under pressure and independently
*
Have good interpersonal and communication skill as well as the initiative and willingness to accept increasing responsibilities
*
Have initiative and problem solving ability
*
Mandarin would be advantage
*
Holding advocate license is preferable
*
Specific Qualifications:
*
Experience 2-3 years in Banking area
*
Bachelor degree majoring Law is a must

o Able to manage and coordinate all the administrative works in procurement department accurately, timely, and strictly adhered to company’s policies and

o Implement agreed procurement plans, procedure, policies, and standards to support the operational activities effectively and efficiently.
o Follow up every submitted Purchase Requisition effectively and timely in accordance to

o Coordinates with end users to get information regarding the quantity, quality and specifications to meet their requirements accurately and promptly.
o Negotiate price, terms and conditions with the vendors or tender participants on behalf of the company to obtain the best outcome for Company and to be complied with the specifications and standards.
o Recommending new or alternate sources of supply and ensure that Purchase Order is followed up, signed, and monitored in accordance to standards.
