PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Support credit process and review in administrative aspect, proposal circulation, monitoring & reporting
* To develop archive/document management thant relates to secure neat right credit process
* To give maximum services by providing acurate information of approval credit process trough credit centre

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION

* Minimum Diploma Deggre from any major
* Minimum two years working experience in Administration/ Credit/Customer Service/ Statistik area
* Fluent in Bahasa and pasive in English, both oral & written

GENERAL QUALIFICATION :

* Good logic and analytical skill
* Good communication skill
* Good team player
* Detailed oriented
* Able to work independently and under pressure and be resourceful
* Intiative and have high integrity

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

You will be responsible for handling all secretarial and administrative
aspects of the company. You will work directly and under the supervision of the President Director.

Job qualifications :

Ø Min. a diploma degree from Secretarial, Public Relation or Mass Communication (from reputable University).

Ø Min. 3 years of working experience as Personal Assistant of an Expatriate.

Ø Fluent in written and spoken in English is a must.

Ø Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Ø Proficient in handling administration tasks.

Ø Good communication skill, well organized, attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and pleasant personality.
