Purpose of the role:

Requirements:
• S1 university degree (Economics, Psychology, Natural or Social Science, Statistics, Law, Engineering)
• Has been in the Supervisory roles for 3 years that effectively dealing with Process Improvement, Project Management, People and Financial issues.
Technical Competencies:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) in English, able to facilitate effective internal and also external communication process.
• Able to operate computer with the standard of MS office.
• Project management skills with the thoroughness of concern for quality and efficiency.
• Process improvement, cost reduction and project management.
• Able to conduct standard process for Recruitment and Selection (diagnostic test, behavioral event interview, personal profile assessment)
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PLANNING COORD (CODE: HRBP)
Purpose of the role:
• To facilitate the improvement of HR policy and procedure
• To conduct HR policy and procedure familiarization to all HR employee
• To assist HR employee to perform HR policy and procedure familiarization to all across PT Inco
• To track the progress of HR Business Planning and assist in HR Business Planning documentation
• To track the overall HR contract and capital
Requirements:
• S1-Degree (in Engineering, Business, Economy Management, and Applied Psychology).
• 5 years Experience commensurate with PT. Inco in Supervisor level 1

The incumbent will be responsible to provide

Key Responsibilities:
1. To be a key contact for internal and external hardware service engineers.
2. Manage all machine installation with the following phases:
* Pre-installation site planning (survey, drawing, etc).
* Startup material checklist during actual installation.
* Support and supervise the customer during actual installation.
* Train the operators after actual installation.
3. Ensure safe equipment condition and practice during and after actual installation.
4. Provide guidance (operating and troubleshooting manual in Bahasa Indonesia) for customers/ end user.
5. Troubleshoot hardware / software problems when the complaint arises.
6. Provide services to maintain the system at customer’s facilities under service contract.
7. Provide guidance for customers on recommended spare parts custody and complaint issues.
8. Provide technical presentation for potential customers.
9. Prepare the technical report of equipment installation and troubleshooting.
10. Liaise with equipment system support team in APAC/ Regional Laboratory and Head Quarter for complex problem.
11. Develop in-depth knowledge of the equipment technologies.
12. Liaise with business unit to set up service contract agreement with customers.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Physic Instrument or Electrical Engineering from reputable University, preferably with minimum of 2 years working experience in instrument or electronic servicing company.
* Having experience in Medical Instrument Machine installation would be the most preferable.
* Possess strong analytical, technical skill, problem solving and communication skill.
* Good command in English for both Written and Verbal.
* Computer Literate.
