AVP/VP Corporate Banking

Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible to achieve growth in the relationship portfolio in Jakarta in line with the strategic and annual operating plan as well as maximize the return from each relationship – cross selling of Group products and services


Requirements:
· Posses at least bachelor degree from reputable university
· Posses at least 6 years’ managerial experience in corporate banking at prominent banks and handling high profile accounts (for AVP position, and 8 years for VP)
· Has sufficiently strong commercial awareness with analytical skills to manage an acceptable level of credit risk exposure
· Proven track record in building relationships and profitability with more complex customers as to ensure maximum contribution from high-quality credit portfolios, trade finance business, debt capital markets, and treasury products.
· Proficient in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
· Pleasant personality and able to work with team
· Has a strong drive to succeed with personal credibility

Manager Product - Cash Management

Responsibilities:
To support the cash management product team in developing appropriate product management strategies and focusing team's direction to drive the business forward. In addition, to improve HSBC's profile, marketshare in the marketplace, etc. in the competitive banking industry.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Economics/ Finance or any related field
* At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in banking industry, preferably Corporate Banking (cash management or others)
* Good in MIS reporting skills combined with sound understanding of the market
* Extensive banking product knowledge on trade, treasury, cash management and other related
* Well experienced in handling marketing and promotion activities, such as advertisement, preparing brochures, etc.
* Excellent analytical reasoning skills, particularly in dealing with numbers
* Good team work and coordination/ planning capabilities
* Proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written.

AM Client Services - Cash Management

Responsibilities:

To support customer's queries on all cash management products, in particular electronic banking services. In addition, he/ she will need to analyze clients' needs and provide feedback on product/ system requirements, and spot cross-selling opportunities and act on them as necessary.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related field

- At least 3 (three) years of working experience in the related field as a front liner, preferably from banking industry

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Service oriented with pleasant personality and self driven

- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Mandarin and/ or other foreign languange mastery would be an advantage

- Good team work and coordination/ planning capabilities.

AM Business Implementation - Cash Management

Responsibilities:

To support the project management activities including requirement gathering, status tracking, IT technical/ functional consulting, software testing and deployment, preparation of project documents including project charter, status reports, and perform various project administration.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent

- At least 3 (three) years of working experience in the related field, preferably from banking and/ or IT consulting industry

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Service oriented with pleasant personality and self driven

- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

To plays a critical role in the footwear development to ensure best: (1) quality, (2)price and (3)lead-time delivered to the end customers, both international and locally sourced products.

Footwear Developer

General Responsibilities:

Operations:

*
Provides support in the timely delivery of samples of the highest standard in the industry at all stages of development (ILR, FLR, Previews, IES test shoes, Salesman samples, MCS); thoroughly inspects samples to ensure they meet required quality standards
*
Has a good understanding of supplier timelines (eg. molds, lasts, components delivery) and plans projects with respect to these timelines
*
Facilitate collaboration between factories, development, commercialization and costing to achieve cost targets
*
Ensure cost efficiencies, value/cost ratio and BOM/CBD accuracy are key objectives throughout the development / production process
*
Ensure on-time and quality delivery from suppliers to fulfill sales orders, including QC of Sampling and bulk production as per adidas standards
*
To work with support group on any change flow on materials due to capacity issue, materials issue or delivery priority change

Pre-requisite Knowledge / Skills / Addendum

*
A Degree (S1) holder in a related discipline with at least 3 year experience in a similar position, preferably in a footwear factory
*
Minimum 4 years experience working in the footwear environment / production functions for an International brand with proven experience in production design, planning and process
*
Communicate in Bahasa and English
*
Proficient in the use of computers and MS application software
*
Knowledge/experience in handling ad-hoc project or request from Sales Department
*
Good Network/experience with Suppliers and Manufactures to expedite the production process in commitment of Quality and Time Delivery
