The incumbent will be responsible to provide production planning system engineering support for the Narogong operations, including raw mill, coal mill, kiln and cement mill operation and the incumbent must focus on effectively production planning and controlling system for successful operation of Narogong plant. The person will have to provide technical expert analysis of production planning and controlling system and recommendation for continuous improvement. He/She will also have to provide consolidated report Narogong and Cilacap operation.

Experiences : 5 (five) years experience in continuous processing industry with a focus on process and method improvement.

Job Title: LES Monitoring & Control Team Member

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to maintain and monitor all of the truck fleets in order to optimize truck utilization. He or she also has to maintain the truck master data and related cartage rates as well as has to monitor and reporting the KPI of all transporters and recommend some cost deduction accordingly. The responsible will also to monitor and update data for Logistic Execution System (LES) in order to reduce dispute with transporters.
