Performance Engineer

Job Duties:

* To perform performance monitoring in 3G UTRAN, Soft switch and VAS Create reports to managements.

Requirements:

* S1 Telecom/ Electronic/ IT
* 1 year

* GSM & Telecom Knowledge, switching/ RF

* English both Oral & Written is a must

* Unix and SQL Programming is a mandatory

* Have IP knowledge is a plus

Specialist -Inter Carrier Billing&Fraud Management

Requirements:

* S1 IT/ Engineering major.

* At least 5 years experience in Telecommunication Business Operation, preferable have at least 2 years experience in Telco Billing and 3 years experiences in IT

* Strong basic knowledge on programming (C++/Database oracle, PL/SQL, Unix) and have experiences on system analyst, and project management.

* Advance knowledge on Telecommunication Industry especially for Interconnection, Telco Traffic and Routing Management, Fraud Management System and Telco Billing System.

* Good of analytical and negotiation skill

Specialist - Inter Carrier Business Strategy

Job Duties:
"To develop Business analysis report for improvement of existing business & new business creation of Inter Carrier business in order to increase revenue creation in and or cost saving out for Specific Account Project (Interconnection/ International Roaming/ VoIP Business) , through :
Compiling and developing analysis based on technical/ commercial analysis done by Analyst (Technical & Commercial) in order to finalize the comprehensive business analysis report based on
(a) market potential for Inter-Carrier services based on Company’s coverage plans;
(b) the economical feasibility of expanding the Inter-Carrier services, including review of the national economic outlook, cost – benefit analysis, analysis of the telecommunication industry & regulatory matters, financial assumptions, investment/Capital Expenditure plans, Operating Expenditure Plans, and SWOT analysis of XL’s competitors, to result in Inter-Carrier strategy objectives and key initiatives;
"To develop the Business Plan and Product Roadmap to capture the Inter-Carrier business needs by Compiling and developing preliminary analysis done by Analyst for Specific Account Project (Interconnection/ Int’l Roaming/ VoIP) to be consolidated by and consulted to Manager , through
(a) Collecting & analyse historical traffic data, Pricing Strategy, Routing Management, Int;l Roaming product development or other related data/information
(b) Reviewing technical strategy, to meet the technical requirements of providing Inter-Carrier services "

Requirements:

* University Graduate (S1) in Engineering or Finance (preferably Master Degree (S2) in Business Management/Finance).

* At least 5 years experience in Telecommunication field

* Advanced Knowledge in Interconnection/ Int’l Roaming/ VoIP Business, Telco Regulations and new Telco Technology, Knowledge of Economics and Business Principles; Advanced Skills in Strategic Planning; Project Management (Workplaning/scheduling)

Project Planning & Capacity

Job Duties:

* Responsible to define the customer network plan solution in the cost effective and efficient ways according to customer need/requirement and existing customer infrastructure available.

* Responsible to integrate the several of existing services available inside Excelcomindo network as a part of corporate total solution proposed to customers.

* Responsible to propose the increasing of existing capacity to guarantee the spares capacities always available according to Sales and Marketing Business Solution's plan.

* Responsible to do the Network analysis for optimizing the existing network.

* To work together with Planning Engineering, Marketing Busol in capacity planning, POP MPLS/ISP/AP distribution planning based on Market needs, in according to accelerate project implementation and market penetration.

* To assist and formulized Sales and Marketing Business Solutions's requirement base on customer needs.

* To analyze market demand and market trend for capacity and network design purposes.

Requirements:

* Minimum S1

* Minimum 5 years in Project Execution & Management

* Having knowledge on data communication and transmission (Microwave, VSAT, fiber optics, router, IP application, BWA, GSM, VOIP, etc)

* Project management skill, PMP Certification would be an advantage

* Understand major issues for network implementation across segments : Leased Line, MPLS, ISP, VOPI, GSM, MSC, BSC, etc

* Understand/ familiar with SAP knowledge and applications

* Excellent presentation skills and having strong sense of customer focus

* Self driven and able to work under pressure and stress tolerance

* Strong analytical and communication skills : able to manage unexpected or changing situation during project implementation.

IT Audit Manager

Qualifications :

* Develop IT Audit Program

* Reporting of IT Audit findings at local and functional levels

* Contribution to GE Corporate IT Initiatives

* Drive closure of IT issues in AIMs

* Drive the implementation of Audit automation tools

* Drive digitization of IA processes

* Professional and effective interaction with local IA Head and SMT / Functional Leader

* Provide assistance to the Region Head of IA in: The implementation of Region IA Strategy, Risk Assessment Methodologies and Annual Audit Planning

* Develop a training program for non-IA team members – introducing genera; IT control concepts

Responsibilities :

* Minimum 4 years experience in auditing/IT (MNC)

* IT experience in control methodologies (COBIT – preferable)

* IT experience in Security Crisis Management and General IT Control

* Appreciation of Asian and US regulatory frameworks

* Project Management experience

* Experience in working in multiple country locations

* Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

* Willingness to travel and work outside of normal working hours

* GE Six Sigma Quality Training preferable
