URGENTLY looking for energetic candidates to fill the post of
Reservations Staff
The successful candidate does not require a previous reservations experience, training will be provided by Ayodya Resort Bali. However, a previous reservations experience will be a great advantage; well spoken and written English; other foreign language skills will an advantage and skillful in operating computer - minimum MS-Office applications.
Chief Engineer
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chief Engineer a big high tech five star property, possesses broad, sound and current knowledge and skills of maintenance and repairs of equipment of an over 15 years old five star property, which include mechanical, electric, civil, plumbing, refrigeration and heating system, heavy plants and all other M&E related matters; Strong leadership skills, which include being assertive, firm and fair and able to manage, direct and develop a staff of over 75 personnel; Controlling skills on cost effective operations of engineering and maintenance, which include utilization of available manning, resources and parts; Good command of both written and spoken English; Computer operating skills such as operating MS Office - Words and excel; High self drive and enthusiasm, schedule and target achievement oriented personality; A graduate of school of Engineering will be an advantage.
Sales Manager
Possesses a minimum of 2 years experience as sales executive or assistant sales manager in at least a 4 star rated hotel; good contacts with local and international travel agencies and multi-national companies; Good command of both written and spoken English. Mastery of other foreign languages will be a great advantage; computer literate i.e. able to operate windows MS Office application programs; High self drive and enthusiasm, achievement oriented, full of initiatives and innovative ; A graduate of hospitality sales and marketing management will be an advantage
Revenue Manager
Possesses at least 2 years of experience in a hotel revenue management, with sound management knowledge of revenue analysis and management, good analytical and statistical skills; skillfully able to provide good and trustworthy information on hotel revenue and its sources that will include business and market situation in relations to how to drive for increasing the revenue of the hotel; Able to set up standard of revenue management; speaks and writes English well; a graduate of hotel revenue management school with a back ground of marketing experience will be an advantage.

Possesses at least 4 years of experience in a big hotel reservations management, with sound management knowledge of reservations; Able to set up standard of reservations management; speaks and writes English well; has a high sense of responsibility in work management and staff management and development; a graduate of hotel management school with a back ground of marketing experience will be an advantage.
All positions will be on fixed term contracts basis.
