Senior Executive, Product Specialist (Retail)

Job Summary:
Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service / sales activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Client Servicing

* Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
* Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
* Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
* Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis
* Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
* Communicate client needs to appropriate team members
* Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
* Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc

Functional / Technical

* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications

Manager, Product Specialist (Consumer Panel)

Job Summary:

Manage a small client solutions team to ensure prompt delivery of service to clients in order to achieve the company’s financial objectives and other operational performance indicators. Independently managing client relationships for full service accounts and local premier clients. Supports a senior client solutions staff for regional premier clients.

Client Servicing

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

* BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
* 4 to 7 years experience in FMCG / Service / Consumer Panel industry
* Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
* Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
* Project management experience
* Effective writing skills
* Experience in supervising a team of client service/client solutions professionals
* Demonstrated performance in achieving financial and business objectives

Finance Manager

Job Summary:

*
This is an Accounts Payable role making sure vendor invoices and employees claims as well get processed and posted to the correct accounts and cost centers.
*
Oversee and manage the day to day accounting operations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial reports and any other reports requested by local and regional management.
*
Improving current finance processes and developing internal controls procedures in finance and other departments as required.
*
Any other matters as requested by senior management.

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

University degree in Finance / Accounting (MBA desirable)

5 years accounting / finance working experience at Managerial level in multinational companies environments
