MARKETING AND SALES OPERATION MANAGER (MSOM)

Primary Responsibilities :
* As a bridge between Sales and Marketing, the person is expected to lead and contribute in the following area :

o Trade marketing for both General Trade and Modern Trade

o Category Management, which include promotions (strategy and execution), discounts and incentives, and category analyses.

o New product development (forecasting and allocations)

o Pricing strategy, which include price list maintenance, channel/sales inputs

o Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and deletions management

o Sales analyses

o Weekly/monthly sales briefs (cycle plans)


Job Requirements :


o Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Business/General Management/Economic,

o 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in food/customer goods industry,

o Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to change in rapidly changing and fact paced organization,

o Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills,

o Leadership, entrepreneurial, and team motivation skills,
