ECONOMIST/FINANCIAL ANALYST
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct economic analyses, determine cash flow, earnings and other financial metrics on company
assets or opportunities, and provide Management with recommendations that assist in making decisions which optimize value.
* Model and analyze investment decision alternatives utilizing financial concepts of time value of money, discounted cashflow analysis, IRR, and calculation of earnings/cashflow.
* Compile/analyze strategic financial information and forecasts, developing integrated projections and analytical reports for presentation to local and global senior management.
* Coordinate reporting and communication of business performance with regional/global offices in Singapore/USA.
* Apply creativity, innovation, and numerical skill in financial modeling and statistical and probabilistic approaches to problem solving.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering with a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.5 from a reputable university.
* Minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience.
* Strong analytical and leadership skills.
* Good oral and written communication skills - both Indonesian and English.
* “Expert Level” skill with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
