Dalam rangka mengisi formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kementerian Dalam Negeri Tahun Anggaran 2010, Kementerian Dalam Negeri memberikan kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Republik Indonesia yang berijazah Sarjana Muda (D.3), Sarjana (S.1), Pasca Sarjana (S.2) dan Kedokteran, untuk diterima sebagai Calon Pegawai negeri Sipil dilingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut :
Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang telah ditetapkan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara & Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 214 Tahun 2010, tanggal 31 Agustus 2010.

PERSYARATAN UMUM DAN KHUSUS
1. Persyaratan Umum
1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Berusia minimal 18 tahun, pertanggal 1 Desember 2010
3. Tidak pernah di hukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan;
4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
5. Tidak sedang dalam status belajar;
6. Tidak akan menuntut penyesuaian ijazah apabila memiliki ijazah yang lebih tinggi di luar formasi yang dibutuhkan;
7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS, Calon/Anggota TNI dan POLRI;
8. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai pengurus/anggota partai politik;
9. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan ketrampilan yang diperlukan;
10. Berkelakuan baik;
11. Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
12. Bersedia ditempatkan pada unit – unit kerja dilingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri, dan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
2. Persyaratan Khusus
1. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Perguruan Tinggi Swasta terakreditasi Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (mininal B) atau Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional, dengan persyaratan, pelamar harus memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) :
- Pendidikan D3 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta terakreditasi, IPK minimal 3,00
- Pendidikan S1 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta terakreditasi, IPK minimal 3,00
- Pendidikan S2/Kedokteran Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta terakreditasi, IPK minimal 3,30
2. Usia per tanggal 1 Desember 2010 :
- Pelamar dengan pendidikan D3 paling tinggi 28 tahun
- Pelamar dengan pendidikan S1 paling tinggi 30 tahun
- Pelamar dengan pendidikan S2/Kedokteran paling tinggi 30 tahun
TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN
1. Pendaftaran dilaksanakan secara on-line melalui Portal Kementerian Dalam Negeri www.depdagri.go.id mulai tanggal 01 Oktober 2010 sampai dengan tanggal 04 Oktober 2010;
2. Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran secara on-line dapat mengunduh (download) sebagai tanda bukti pendaftaran berupa Formulir Lamaran On-line, Surat Pernyataan, Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
3. Pelamar Wajib :
. Setelah mengisi Formulir lamaran penerimaan CPNS on-line membubuhi pas photo berwarna terbaru ukuran 3×4 cm, dan menandatanganinya;
. Membubuhi materai Rp.6.000,- dan menandatangani Daftar Riwayat Hidup dan Surat Pernyataan on-line.
4. Pelamar wajib mengirimkan Berkas Formulir Pendaftaran dengan stofmap berwarna :
- Merah : Pasca Sarjana (S2), dan Kedokteran
- Kuning : Sarjana (S1)
- Biru : Sarjana Muda (D3)
beserta lampirannya dengan urutan dari atas, sebagai berikut :
a. Formulir Lamaran yang telah diisi kemudian diunduh /download,- dan ditandatangani;
b. Formulir Daftar Riwayat Hidup, diisi dan diunduh/download di bubuhi materai Rp.6000,- selanjutnya ditandatangani;
c. Formulir Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang dalam status belajar dan atau tidak akan menuntut penyesuaian ijazah apabila memiliki ijazah yang lebih tinggi di luar formasi yang dibutuhkan, diisi dan diunduh/download dibubuhi materai Rp. 6000,- serta ditandatangani;
d. Fotocopy Ijazah terakhir yang telah dilegalisir ( cap, tanda tangan asli oleh Dekan, Direktur atau Ditjen Dikti Kemdiknas bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri);
e. Fotocopy Transkrip Nilai / IPK yang telah dilegalisir;
f. Fotocopy Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta (bagi Ijazah yang tidak ada keterangan BAN);
g. Fotocopy Akte Kelahiran;
h. Fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku;
i. Fotocopy SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) yang masih berlaku (legalisir);
j. Pas Photo 3X4 Berwarna (3 lembar)
Formulir lamaran pendaftaran peserta seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tahun Anggaran 2010 Online ditempel/direkatkan pada cover stofmap tersebut
5. Stofmap yang telah ditempel/direkatkan formulir pendaftaran Online tersebut dan melampirkan Dokumen Dokumen sesuai persyaratan yang telah ditentukan, kemudian dimasukkan dalam amplop coklat ukuran folio dan dikirim melalui Kantor Pos yang ditujukan, kepada :

Tahun Anggaran 2010
Melalui P.O. BOX 2986 Jakarta 10029. Berkas lamaran diterima Panitia Pengadaan/Penyaringan CPNS Pusat Kementerian Dalam Negeri Tanggal 01 Oktober 2010 sampai dengan Tanggal 09 Oktober 2010 (cap pos). Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.
6. Pada pojok kiri atas amplop sesuai dengan contoh amplop yang terdapat didalam web Pendaftaran On-line.
7. Pelamar dapat melihat pengumuman yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi pada tanggal 18 Oktober s.d 24 Oktober 2010 melalui portal Kementerian Dalam Negeri www.depdagri.go.id
8. Informasi lebih lanjut mengenai Pengadaan/Penyaringan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil ini dapat dilihat melalui portal Kementerian Dalam Negeri www.depdagri.go.id.
LAIN-LAIN
Dalam proses pendaftaran, Penyaringan/Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri Tahun Anggaran 2010 berlaku ketentuan sebagai berikut :
1. Dalam rangka pengadaan/penyaringan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil ini Panitia Pusat, panitia tidak mengadakan bimbingan tes atau persiapan pendahuluan, tidak mengadakan surat menyurat dan tidak memungut biaya apapun selama proses seleksi/tes.
2. Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti tes/ujian ditanggung pelamar.
3. Setiap pelamar dapat melihat Pengumuman hasil tes/ujian dan informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kementerian Dalam Negeri secara on-line melalui portal Kementerian Dalam Negeri (TIDAK DIUMUMKAN DI SURAT KABAR).
4. Keputusan Panitia bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
5. Kelulusan pelamar pada tes/penyaringan yang dilaksanakan Kementerian Dalam Negeri ditentukan oleh kemampuan dan kompetensi pelamar/peserta tes ujian penyaringan. Apabila ada pihak/oknum yang menawarkan jasa dengan menjanjikan untuk dapat diterima menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dengan meminta imbalan tertentu, maka perbuatan tersebut adalah penipuan. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan pihak/oknum tersebut.
6. Lamaran yang disampaikan sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
7. Panitia tidak melayani komunikasi langsung dengan pelamar yang berkaitan dengan proses rekruitmen/lamaran
8. Apabila pelamar memberikan keterangan/data yang tidak benar, dan di kemudian hari diketahui, baik pada setiap seleksi administrasi, tes/ujian, maupun setelah diangkat menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri, maka Kementerian Dalam Negeri berhak membatalkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan menuntut ganti rugi atas kerugian negara yang terjadi akibat keterangan yang tidak benar tersebut serta melaporkan sebagai tindak pidana ke Pengadilan Negeri, karena telah memberikan keterangan palsu.
9. Panitia membuka jalur pelayanan pengaduan/permasalahan tentang penerimaan CPNS tahun 2010 di lingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri bagi para pelamar melalui email Biro Kepegawaian : biro_kepegawaian@depdagri.go.id
