Customer Service – Order Processing (Temporary 3 months)

Requirements:
*
Min. bachelor form any discipline. Preferably form Business Administration or Economics.
*
1-2 years experience in Sales and Customer Service Administration.
*
Having knowledge in Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) Sales and Customer Service.
*
Has experience in handling administration, customer service, order processing and inventory.
*
Having capability to process return-orders and create new orders in SAP.
*
Having good capability in operating SAP.
*
Familiar with computer application (Microsoft Office).

CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST - Temporary 3 months

Requirements:

*
Min. bachelor degree from Management or Industrial Engineering.
*
Having knowledge in Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) Sales and Customer Service.
*
Having strong knowledge and capability in Customer Service business flow such as order processing; distribution; return-order process; Credit Note (CN) processing and invoicing.
*
At least 2 years working experience in area of Customer Service especially in order processing and distribution environment.
*
Computer literacy, especially MS Application and SAP.

- ¨ Has good understanding about A/R management, credit calculation &
deviation procedure
- ¨ Has good leadership to manage more than 100 employees working at
several locations.
- ¨ Highly motivated person who has a planning skill to find optional
solution for complicated matters.
- ¨ Fluent in English.
- ¨ Willing to travel.

COLLECTION MANAGER (COLLMGR)

- ¨ Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline.
- ¨ Has at least 5 years experience as Collection Manager in multi

- ¨ Has good leadership to manage more than 100 employees working at

- ¨ Has good understanding about marketing strategy, credit process,
marketing research, marketing intelligence & product development
- ¨ Fluent in English
- ¨ Has high motivation, good communication skill and a good leadership

MIS COLLECTION SUPERVISOR (MISCOLL)

- ¨ Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline.
- ¨ Has at least 3 years experience as MIS Collection Supervisor
preferably in multi finance company (car financing) or banking industry
- ¨ Has good understanding about A/R management, credit calculation &
deviation procedure
- ¨ Has a good analytical thinking, processing data & computer skill
- ¨ Fluent in English.

CREDIT SUPERVISOR (CSPV)

- ¨ Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline.
- ¨ Has at least 3 years experiences as Credit Analyst for car
financing in multi finance or banking industry
- ¨ Has a good understanding about lending criteria and able to
evaluate financial statement
- ¨ Fluent in English
- ¨ Has leadership and a good communication skill

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT STAFF (ODS)

- ¨ Minimum bachelor degree, preferably major in psychology or
management.
- ¨ Minimum 1 year experience in OD area and preferably in multi
finance company.
- ¨ Has a good understanding in Organization Development (Job
Analysis & CBHRM), Assessment Process and Performance Management (KPI,
tools, methods).
- ¨ Fluent in English.
- ¨ Has a good communication skill.
- ¨ Energetic, creative and a team player.
