Sea and Admin Supervisor (Code: SAS)

Responsibilities:

* The incumbent is overall responsible for planning, determining, coordinating, and maintaining the cigarette shipping based on the shipping advice that has been received by the Inventory departement.

Requirements:
* Hold preferably university graduate (S1) in management, or industrial engineering
* Hold around 2 years of working experience as an admin in export import / domestic fields
* Good analytical thinking, communication skill, leadership, concern for accuracy, computer literate, planning and organizing
* Proficient in oral and written English
* The incumbent is overall responsible for planning, determining, coordinating, and maintaining the cigarette shipping based on the shipping advice that has been received by the Inventory departement.

The incumbent responsible to monitor system and network availability and performance.
Provide support on reports and files distribution and perform follow-up actions in accordance to Bank’s operating guidelines.

Wide knowledge of credit card application and account maintenance process.
2 – 3 years experience in related field, preferable has background in information technology.

The incumbent responsible to lead sales force team and maximize the performance of team member.

Wide knowledge of personal banking products
Have personal credibility, people development skill and team retrenchment.
2 – 3 years experience in related field, preferably in direct sales force.

Supervisor Data Capture [JDB0507SDC-01]

Responsible of data capturing which include new application, re-capture, second card and direct marketing capture.
Wide knowledge of credit card application and data capturing process.
