The Implementation Officer will support the Cash Management Implementation Team in migrating customers who still use the old Electronic Banking System to the current system. The successful candidate will interact mainly with the Cash Management Implementation team, as well as Operation team and the Institutional Customer.

Qualifications:

A fresh graduate from IT background with a minimum GPA 3.00 will be the ideal applicant for the role. A team player with good communication skills in English and Bahasa along with proficiency in computer programs will be essential for this role. Prior teaching experience or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be preferred.

SENIOR BUYER - SURABAYA

Job Propose :

Review proposal/projects requirement, provides purchase and sourcing strategies along with Project Coordinator, develop right portfolio of suppliers, provides price/cost information for achieving material cost competitiveness, develop allocated proposal costing, and to insure that lowest total cost is obtained in both proposal and contract execution including the proper management of risk and implementation of appropriate terms and conditions. He/she is also responsible for on time delivery and quality of all supplier contract deliverables relating to goods/services and documents.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :
Five (5) years professional experience in a strategic sourcing role in an industrial environment.
Experience in Power Generation or related businesses.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment, experience in interacting with Engineers.
Proven strong negotiation & legal skills.
Knowledge of relevant suppliers markets and low cost country sourcing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP computer software.
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) our working language, and in Indonesian.

COST ESTIMATOR - SURABAYA

Key Responsibility :
Responsible in collecting and developing cost analysis of requisite materials or equipment for tender activities include ensuring an on-time delivery and quality of all contract deliverables.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :
3 years of procurement and/or related experience (i.e. Commercial Support, Project Management, Sales, etc.).
Minimum university degree majoring in Engineering or Business Administration or any other disciplines that provide strong knowledge of procurement.
Good knowledge of boiler island scope/product
Strong data management capabilities reinforced with PC application.
Ability to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix environment.
Good in communication and negotiation skills.
Good English proficiency.
Willing to stay in Surabaya.
