Responsibilities:
• To design and document the test cases needed to perform the application development
• To document the application QA result included recommendation, if necessary, by referring to the defines Application QA Standard in Application Development Department
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science.
• Should have minimum 2 years work experience as application QA or System Analyst
• Knowledge of package and in-house developed application
• Technical knowledge of relational database management system and programming concept
• Has knowledge in SDLC, 4 GL Database and programming concept
• Familiar with Unix Environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Professional Assessor (Psychologist is preferred)
• Good understanding on Assessment methodology, both psychologically & technical.
• Interest in People Development and Human Resources

• Computer literate, minimum for the MS Office Operation.
• Independent workers as well as good team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
