Job Responsibilities :

To ensure the timely maintanance activity of production inhouse at the agreed timming, quality and performance, as well as in the most efficient, cost effective way and ensure SHE aspect implementation for supply local & regional requirement. To ensure corret people,
procedures, system and facilities are available for maintanance and achieving high operational efficiencies, high production efficiency, quality products, and production cost with controlled wastage level.

Qualifications:
Min S1 Mechanical Engineering
Experience min 1 year in Maintenance/Engineering function.
Max age 30 years Old
Good interpersonal skill

Possess high curiousity in dealing with production machines
Able to work independently as well in team

Assistant Production Manager PW Bar ( based Surabaya ) (APM)

Job Responsibilities :

To manage the production activities in PW BAR manufacturing in term of safety, quality, cost, and enviromental.

Qualifications:
Min S1 Chemical Engineering
Max age 30 years Old
Preferably with experience in soap processing
Deep knowledge in chemical progress
Good knowledge in practical engineering practises
Good interpersonal skill
Able to lead and supervise production floor team
Fluent English (written and verbal)

Assistant MSO Planners and Demand Planners (based Jakarta) (MSO)

Job Responsibilities :

To assist supply Planning Manager in managing supply operation for one more categories the FG stock optimization to support the customer service target, balance the production plan vs stock, managing and control the right materials, plan and monitor the promo and relaunch planning, minimize business waste, support the business requirements in optimize the working capital.

Qualifications:
Minimal S1 technical background i.e. Industrial Engineering
Age max 30 years old
Good blend of material planning, production & demand planning knowledge
Knowledgeable in MPS, MRP, Project / Network Monitoring, BPCS/SAP application
Able to supervise effectively small team/groups (3-5 people)
Able to work together effectively with other functions
Have a good sense on commercial aspect and business plan
Customer Service mindset
Preferably with 2 – 4 years experience in home appliance industry

Yang akan bertanggung jawab terhadap :
1.Melaksanakan trouble shooting terhadap peralatan produksi dan mencatatnya di Permintaan Bantuan Kerja. Trouble shooting meliputi pekerjaan repair, setting dan adjustment, dan penggantian part.

2.Mengorganisir dan melaksanakan item Preventive Maintenance yang telah disepakati di meeting internal engineering dan meeting koordinasi dengan produksi.

3.Mempersiapkan spare part dan alat-alat sebelum melakukan kegiatan Preventive Maintenance.

4.Bertanggung jawab dalam berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain dalam hal persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi (trial) kegiatan Preventive Maintenance.

D3 Diutamakan dari Teknik Mesin
Min 1 Tahun pengalaman sebagai Mekanik
Max usia 28 Tahun
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik
Menguasai teknik mesin produksi
