Dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

A. PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRATIF
1) WNI, pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2008 berusia tidak lebih dari :A. 33 tahun untuk S1 B. 27 tahun untuk D3
2) IPK diutamakan 2.5 ke atas utk lulusan PTN dgn akreditasi A - IPK diutamakan 2.75 ke atas utk lulusan PTS dgn akreditasi A
3) Diutamakan memiliki skor TOEFL minimal 400
4) Berkelakuan baik dan berbadan sehat
5)Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja perusahaan

B. PENGIRIMAN LAMARAN
1. Berkas lamaran terdiri dari dan HARUS disusun (pergunakan staples) dengan urutan dari atas ke bawah :
· 4 buah pas photo (dalam plastik bening)
· Fotokopi kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku
· Fotokopi Kartu Kuning dari Disnaker
· Data Riwayat Hidup (harus dengan ditempel pas photo) seperti contoh (klik disini)
· Surat lamaran kerja
· Fotokopi ijazah yang telah dilegalisir oleh Perguruan Tinggi nya
· Fotokopi transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir Perguruan Tinggi nya.
· Fotokopi akte kelahiran
· Fotokopi Sertifikat TOEFL
· Surat pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja perusahaan

2. Pada sudut kiri atas amplop lamaran HARUS mencantumkan KODE DISIPLIN ILMU (lihat butir B1 atau B2). Contoh :
STINDU- Peserta Seleksi Program S1, jurusan Teknik Industri
DAKUN- Peserta Seleksi Program D3, jurusan Akuntansi

3.Lamaran disampaikan dalam AMPLOP COKLAT UKURAN A4 melalui POS selambat-lambatnya diterima oleh panitia tanggal 12 November 2008 pukul 14.00 WIB, ditujukan kepada :

C. PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI
1. Proses / tahapan seleksi terdiri dari :
· Administratif (ADM)
· Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) & Tes Bahasa Inggris (ING)
· Tes Psikologi (PSI)
· Wawancara (WCR)
· Tes Kesehatan (MED)
2. Pengumuman & pemanggilan peserta yang memenuhi persyaratan & akan diikutsertakan proses seleksi hanya melalui website : www.seleksiptka2008.info & dapat dilihat mulai tanggal 16 November 2008.
3. Pelaksanaan Tes Potensi Akademik & Tes Bahasa Inggris akan dilakukan pada tanggal 23 November 2008.
4. Peserta wajib membawa berkas identitas dan berkas lamaran yang ASLI (Ijazah dll) pada setiap tahapan seleksi.
5. Seleksi akan diselenggarakan hanya di kota Bandung.
6. Biaya dari dan ke tempat seleksi menjadi tanggung jawab peserta.

D. KETENTUAN LAIN
1.Pelamar TIDAK PERLU menyertakan dokumen lain selain yang disebutkan pada butir B dan lamaran yang sudah dikirim tidak akan dikembalikan.
2.Dalam proses seleksi ini pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun.
3. Selama pelaksanaan seleksi tidak diadakan surat menyurat apapun.
4. Setiap urutan tahap seleksi berlaku sistem gugur dan keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
5. Pelamar dihimbau untuk mengabaikan pihak-pihak yang menjanjikan dapat membantu kelulusan dalam proses seleksi ini.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage activities related to delivery of financial and management control systems which monitor performance against agreed budgets, and act as a business partner by providing management with necessary data to support informed business decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management;
*
Minimum 5 years progressive management accounting experience preferably in a reputable manufacturing company with minimum of 3 years spent in a managerial level;

Solid background in budgeting, accounting, taxes, financial analysis, investment analysis and modeling;

Substantial background in Oracle or SAP and familiarity with a computerized environment and business integration is a plus;

MANAGER FINANCIAL PLANNING & MANAGEMENT REPORTING

Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager Financial Planning & Management Reporting to manage the FPMR functions including preparation of management reports, revised forecast and budgets, review & control actual business results vs budgets to meet local and US GAPP reporting requirement.

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance;

6-8 years of working experience in related fields preferably with an international accounting firm or multinational corporation;

Solid knowledge of budgeting, accounting, taxes, financial analysis, investment analysis and modeling;
