# Remuneration – Creating fair, transparent and best practice pay practices in order to
attract and retain key talent. Includes practices pertaining to pay level management, Job Evaluation, salary benchmarking, increase proposals, linkage of salary to performance and the annual salary increase process.
# HR policies – responsibility for all Remuneration and Benefit policies, research, best practice and management thereof
# Provision of consulting advice and solutions to the HR Generalist team which includes design considerations for new programs, implementation and project plans, change management, interpretation and application of policies and programs
# Key input into People and Culture strategy in attracting and retaining key talent pools, creation and implementation of a Total Reward Framework strategy

Requirements:

Have good market portfolio and database;
2.
Will be able to work at least 1 year in contract;

5.
S1 degree holder with minimum of 3 years working experience;

Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operatios of sub branch to reach costumer satisfaction;

Provide resource support and make sure all transaction like giro, cheque, and kliring can smooth done every day;
*
Doing projects related to cost effectiveness and analytical review to data transaction.

Requirements:

Preferably with 3-5 years working experience in related field;
*
Male / Female age max 35 years;
*
Ability to work independently and possess strong leadership skills, multi-tasking, organizations development and communication skills.


Branch Manager-BM/Pinca (Placement in Purwokerto & Tegal)

Responsibilities:

Give direction to team members on strategies to reach branch target;
*
Take responsibility on teams performances by continuously giving supervision to them;
*
Develop bussiness at the branch & maintain existing customer.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in the same position;
*
Have good market portfolio & costomer database;
*
Male / Female age max 40 years;
*
Understand banking operation & procedure;
*
Target oriented, strong leadership capacities and high integrity, with excellent communication & presentation skills;
*
Good command of english & computer literacy is required.

Sub Branch Manager-SBM/Pincapem

Responsibilities:

*
Give direction to team members on strategies to reach branch target;
*
Take responsibility on teams performances by continuously giving supervision to them;
*
Develop bussiness at the branch& maintain existing customer.



Requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field;

Have good market portfolio & database;
*
Male / Female age max 37 years;
*
Understand banking operation & procedure;

Target oriented, strong leadership capacities and high integrity, with excellent communication & presentation skills;

Good command of english & computer literacy is required.

Penaksir Muda Gadai

Tugas dan Wewenang:

*
Melayani nasabah melalui kegiatan penaksiran barang jaminan sesuai dengan limit;
*
Bertanggung jawab terhadap penerbitan dan pengarsipan sertifikat gadai, serta back-up data transaksi harian;
*
Memerika keakuratan data nasabah pada sistem gadai syariah
*
Mengontrol kelengkapan administrasi gadai di cabang.

Kualifikasi:

*
Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah kerja BRI Syariah seluruh Indonesia;
*
Pria / Wanita usia maks 30 tahun;
*
Pendidikan min D3 / sederajat;
*
Memiliki sertifikat sebagai penaksir emas lebih diutamakan;
*
Mengerti dan memahami tentang seluk beluk emas;
*
Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun di bidang yang sama lebih diutamakan.
