SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (SA)
This position will report to IT Coordinator - Exploration to:
• Maintain the Exploration and Subsurface Technical information technology systems and applications, arrange system maintenance, enhancements, and support to ensure systems and applications work efficiently and effectively and to the complete satisfaction of end-users.
• Provide a high level of Exploration and Subsurface Project Data Management including data loading, troubleshooting, benchmarking of system response, management of directory structure, and maintenance of data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the Unix, Linux, and network systems, assist with hardware refresh, and help in maintaining the technical systems setups in accordance with SOE standard.
• Carry out day-to-day operations, address user requests, perform any troubleshooting to maintain the applications and systems, e.g. ensuring Application backups have run successfully, scripting in Unix shells, maintaining the licence manager, upgrading licences, maintaining network connectivity to other sites for global license
sharing, etc.
• Carry out regular systems maintenance, administration and monitoring.
• Maintain the directory structure (and disk space) in accordance with SOE standard, and assist with any data loading requirements.
• Write programs and/or scripts to automate daily tasks.
• Ensure corporate data are secure.
• Understand requirements of new projects and assist implementation as
necessary.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in an appropriate Technology related discipline.
• Knowledge of operating system administration (Unix, Linux).
• Knowledge of license management and monitoring software.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages, including Unix shell programming, C/C++, Visual Basic, Javascript or Perl, and understanding of TCP/IP and Windows LAN networking.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience
• 3 years experience as an IT Professional is required
• Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, and familiarity with Geosciences applications (GeoFrame, VoxelGeo) is preferred, but not essential
General Qualifications
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, personal and interpersonal skill.
• Self motivated, high initiative and adaptability.
• Ability to work in a multidiscipline team environment and take responsibility for a defined area.

Primary responsibilities :
1. Monitor the completeness of import documents or any other supporting document provided for both company and vendor
2. Ensure all activities with port handling for import clearance are according to custom rule and regulations
3. Monitor stuffing status and give the information for predicting gate in time for import stuff
4. Ensure all administration report are to be done in timely and accurately
5. Back up for other Custom Administration Executive – Documentation jobs if the other is not available
6. Create other non custom import document
The preferred candidate has the following qualities:
1. Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented and good analytical thinking
2. Demonstrated management experience of small work teams to achieve best performance.
3. Familiar with customs regulations and documentation
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
5. Excellent command of English.
6. Minimum diploma degree and preferably holding PPJK license
7. Minimum 3 years experiences in handling import or export custom clearance in logistics or warehouse consolidation
