Responsibilities :
* To support PGP Buyer in dealing with supplier
* Chasing outstanding order
* Monitoring purchase order to ensure timely delivery
* through closing monitoring at the supplier side
* Monitoring payment status Purchase Order
* Issuing PO & Manage office supplies



Personal Qualification :

* Education background Bachelor degree
* Working experience min 2 years preferred in purchasing related field
* Strong Computer knowledge
* Has good communication in English

Responsibilities :

* Handling technical complaint from professional channel as well as consumer channel.
* Conduct on site complaint verification (CTB, Product failure, customer visit) including detail analysis
* Control disposal process
* Entry, monitoring and following up Complaint Registration System Processes
* Manage CTB processes & reporting


Personal Qualification :

* Education background Bachelor degree in Industrial\Electrical Engineering
* Working experience min 2 year in Customer support
* Has good communication skill
* Strong data analysis and has capabilities in problem solving
* Experience in Improvement Program (Six Sigma/TQM)
* Has Self learning capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Closely monitor and follow up industrial productivity with industrial team

To involve ,review and analyze industrial target and rolling forecast.

To ensure industrial costing is in line with industrial direction from corporate

Responsible with industrial costing such as inventory, transfer price, production costing
5
To provide any report related to industrial that support for management decision making so as the analysis.

To support industrial financial analysis for industrial need such as consolidate margin
7
Work together with commercial controller for consolidation result of profitability.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience 3-5 years in similar position for above medium manufacturing environment

Can communicate in English - written & spoken

Minimal S1 degree , in Accounting with GPA > 2.8

Willing to work in Cikarang

Able to operate SAP is an advantage.
