Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and priorities system development
· Ensure you are fully conversant with any situations
· Develop new systems using IT Standards, tools, system and methodologies
· Researching and understanding code that is to be modified
· Writing and executing unit test procedures
· Maintenance of existing and new systems to quality standards and in a timely manner
· Track all new work, bug fixes & enhancement
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related subject, preferably Programming or Software from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00

· Assist Unit Head in development and execution of marketing and communications initiatives related to wealth management and consumer products (liability) in accordance with corporate business plan and objectives
· Closely liaising with business unit (RBS Wealth Management & Consumer Products) for all marketing initiative
· Assist Unit Head to manage marketing budget
· Support management efforts in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders (including media and customers)
· Ensures all marketing activities are carried out in accordance with PTBC risk profiles and regulatory requirements
· Champion projects include (but not limited to); Wealth management signature annual campaign, radio talk show program, liability/consumer product promo, etc.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
· Minimum of 2 (two) years experience in related area
· Have a good basic knowledge on Marketing & Communications
· Have an excellent communications skill and interpersonal skills
· Have an excellent public speaking, verbal, written and visual
· Have a good planning skills; expedite decision making, problem solving, conceptual abilities and creativity

IT Risk Manager and BCP (ITRM-BCP)
Key Responsibilities:
· Be able to develop and maintain BCP and DRC in the area of policy, procedure and implementation plan for bank and comply with regulation on the BCP and DRC implementation. Understand the IT Risk management concept and be able to translate into bank policy and procedure, mitigation plan, provide reports and analysis.
· This person should have experience in handling the above tasks, at least 5 years in Information Technology industry and be able to work independently as well as work in team.
· Beside BCP and DRC policy and procedure this person will also provide reporting and develop project plan to implement the procedure and manage the testing required by the bank.
· Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with PTBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or related field from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
· Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in IT industry and experience working in Bank is an advantage
· Strong project management quantitative analysis, reporting and verbal & written communication skills
· Ability to lead and influence internal stake holders and senior management
· Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe system and software packages
· Certification in the area of IT Risk Management, BCP discipline will an advantage
