Investor Relations (code: IR)

It is a corporate marketing role/activity that combines the disciplines of communication and finance to provide present and potential investors with an accurate portrayal of a company’s performance and prospects. Conducted effectively, investor relations can have a positive effect on a company’s total value relative to that of the overall market and a company’s total cost capital.

Requirements:
* A minimum of Bachelor degree preferably Finance or Accountingmajor with eight to ten years minimum business experience including five years in significant investor relations position. Telecommunication or IT industry experienced required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Successful candidate must be able to communicate both technical and financial concepts clearly and make public presentations to investors, be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and then be able to clearly communicate these concepts to investors and other audiences.
* Significant understanding of applicable rules and regulations


Financial Modeler

Reporting to General Manager Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Management Accounting, your main responsibility will be as follows:
* Maintain and improve Company financial model / projection for the purpose of budgeting, valuation, fund raising activities and other relevant activities when required
* Assist in developing or verifying financial models to support the initiatives of other units in the Company
* Perform regular and various ad hoc analysis or report such as industry benchmarking reports, financial analysis, subscriber analysis and other analysis when required
* Perform business cases certification in relation to new product development, network expansion, new pricing scheme and other corporate initiatives
* Involved as a member of various committee in the Company

Requirements:
* S1 in Finance or Accounting and preferably S2 degree in Finance
* Passed any level of CFA examination will be an advantage
* Minimum 5 years of experiences preferably in corporate finance and telecommunication sector
* Preferably has an understanding of Indonesia Capital Market regulation
* Outstanding spreadsheet skills
* Good analytical thinking, report writing and familiar with Indonesia accounting principles
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in English

Requirement & Qualification
General:

5. Capable in training, facilitating, leading & developing team/people
6. Fluent in English

Specific:
