* Closely works and communicates with Global Planning, factories and customers to improve the order information and react to changing of demands in market place


Shipping and documentation

* Checks factories’ shipping documents against shipping bible and makes sure all documents are correct

* Updates any changes on the shipping manual to all factories and make sure those are implemented in time.

* Follows up with Transport & Logistics dept on the update of shipping instructions/ guidelines, update the shipping guidelines / polices on regular basis so that factories are constantly informed of the latest documentation and shipping requirements, and they are implemented accurately.

* Works with factories, forwarder and transportation department and ensures shipments are expedited in a timely manner and procedures correctly followed, shipping documentation are prepared in a fast and efficient way


Requisite Education/Experience :

* Preferably experience in manufacturing background (from planning or export) at least 2 years.

* Have a customer service oriented

* Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Email)

* Accurate and has a strong analytical skill
