• Sound knowledge and broad experience in petroleum geology. Predominantly carbonate depositional environments, with experience exploring in fractured reservoirs with an emphasis on 3D seismic interpretation at the highest level (including demonstrated hands on proficiency using Landmark interpretation software, or similar, and familiar with seismic vendor software and algorithms particularly for seismic attribute analysis and interpretation).
• Proven oil-finder, with sound judgment and a practical approach to evaluating acreage opportunities, demonstrated though success in recognizing new plays and prospects, leading to wells being drilled exploration success and the capture of new business opportunities
• Experienced in analysis and regional stratigraphic and structural interpretations essential
• An established track record in finding commercial hydrocarbons essential.

DEVELOPMENT GEOLOGIST (DEVGEO)
Qualifications :
• Recent experience with reservoir modeling techniques, preferably using Petrel/RMS software
• Previous exposure to a broad range of geosciences skills essential. (e.g. reservoir geological modeling (2D & 3D), reservoir property mapping, net pay calculations, well planning and operations etc.)
• Strong Computing skills including Unix and PC based applications
• Good knowledge of carbonate fractured reservoir characterization
• Versed in log analysis/ formation evaluation
• Strong ability to assess and understand the impact of new data and react in a timely fashion
• Familiarity with seismic interpretation and application of geophysics in constructing geological models
• Ability to work and communicate effectively internally and externally within a relatively small local contingent of geoscientists, both from other companies as well as government agencies
SR. RESERVIOR ENGINEER (SRRE)
Qualifications :
• Experience of reservoir development optimization, well test analysis, reservoir simulation, development studies and economics (preferably experienced with fractured carbonate reservoir)
• Familiarity with reservoir engineering and economic software applications such as PANSYSTEM, MBAL, PROSPER, ECLIPSE, PEEP.
• Hands on experience in field development studies, development plan revisions, full field reviews and implementation of field development plans
• Experienced in reservoir engineering assessment for asset acquisition projects
• Excellent knowledge in setting-up and maintaining a reservoir surveillance program using Oil field Manager or other software
• Ability to work and communicate effectively internally and externally within a relatively small local contingent of geoscientists, both from other companies as well as government agencies.
