Service Assistant

Responsibilities :

Actively interacts with customers and involves with customer complaint issues in support of the Service Manager. Creating customer appointments and scheduling
according to workshop capacity. Keeps a record of all complaints received and follows all complaints to a satisfactory outcome. It must be clearly understood that responsibility for the satisfaction of customers remains with the Service Manager. Communicates with PT BMW Indonesia’s Customer Service specialists as required. Attends service assistant trainings as available.


Qualification :

* Female

* Age 23-28 years

* Have experienced in handling customers as front liner min.2 years

* Good high school education or DIII, formal services related training preferable

* Must have English language and computer literate

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Must have excellent customer handling skills and be extremely smart and presentable.

CREDIT ANALYST

Requirements:

* Good degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in banking environment.

* Advance skills in financial analysis and credit structuring.

* Fully fluent in spoken and written English.

* Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.

* Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical, communications and interpersonal skills.

IT STAFF

Requirements:

* Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.

* Required language(s): English, a Good communication skill in English is must.

* In depth knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure: TCP/IP Internet works, Mail Server, Web Server & Design, DNS-Server, Proxy Server, Firewall, DRP and Backup tools.

* At least 1 years of working experience in Information Technology Industry, preferable as system support.

* Posses a good problem analysis and troubleshooting skill in hardware and internet.

* Have experience, skills and knowledge on Microsoft products.

* Having knowledge and experience in MS-SQL Database administering is a plus.

* Creative and have a good ability in problem handling and problem solving.

* Experience with the enterprise / carrier-class routers and switches.

* Able to work under pressure.

* Provide technical design document for each customization

MECHANICS (ME)
Handles daily maintenance of machines towards corrective & predictive maintenance
Requirement:

* Education : D3 or S1 majoring in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
* Experience : understand pneumatic & hydraulic, have 3 years experience
* Language : good command of English language both verbal and written
