INDOEXCHANGE SPECIALIST (CODE : IE specialist)
Key Result Areas
- To provide timely invoicing to APLL customers and input received payment into system
- To perform follow up to all customers related for unsettle payment base on Finance Analyst for Cashier and A/R instruction and guidance
Key Accountabilities
Able to adopt and common to handle system.
Supervise for subordinate completing daily payment and receive it along with supporting documents in daily activities and maintain relation with the costumer to smoothly the process payment
Ensure proper Account Receivable procedures, updating the system and flow of process management
Minimize outstanding A/R including dealing and negotiating with respective persons of the customers to resolve them
Able to speak English and strong leadership.
Checking report from subsider to avoid any mistake of delivery report to customer
REQUIREMENT
Male
Good English oral and written
Education Back ground: Finance, accounting would be an advantage
Willing to work under pressure
