3. Telah terdaftar pada kantor/dinas/instansi sebagai pencari kerja yang dibuktikan dengan kartu pencari kerja (AK 1)
4. Berpendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang dibutuhkan.
5. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan.

Surat lamaran dikirim melalui Pos Layanan Kilat Khusus CPNS mulai tanggal 26 Oktober s.d. 9 Nopember 2009 (stempel pos Ngawi) serta harus sudah diterima oleh Panitia Pendaftaran CPNS di BKD Ngawi paling lambat tanggal 9 Nopember 2009 pukul 14.00 WIB. Pada ujung kiri atas amplop lamaran ditulis “Perihal : Lamaran CPNS Kab. Ngawi, Kode Lamaran, Jenis Formasi, Jabatan yang dilamar, dan Kualifikasi pendidikan”.
3. Pada Amplop surat lamaran, dibawah data pengirim dicantumkan data lengkap pelamar (sebagaimana contoh terlampir)
4. Bagi pelamar yang mengirim lamaran sebelum dan sesudah tanggal yang ditetapkan, dinyatakan tidak berlaku/tidak sah/gugur.

Amplop balasan yang berukuran besar sekitar 35 x 24,5 cm, dengan ditempeli perangko kopur Rp. 5.000,-/secukupnya, WAJIB MENCANTUMKAN data lengkap pelamar (sebagaimana contoh terlampir) serta alamat surat balasan di Kabupaten Ngawi (Jalan, No, RT/RW, Dusun, Desa/Kelurahan, Kecamatan, kode pos); pelamar yang berasal dari domisili diluar Kabupaten Ngawi harus mencantumkan alamat domisili di Ngawi dan bila tidak ada dapat menggunakan alamat kantor pos Ngawi dan mencantumkan nomor telepon/seluler yang dapat dihubungi, bagi yang tidak menyertakan amplop balasan sesuai ketentuan tersebut tidak akan dibalas.

1. Pelamar tidak diperbolehkan melamar lebih dari 1(satu) formasi.
2. Pelamar CPNS Kabupaten Ngawi tidak diperbolehkan melamar ganda ke kabupaten/instansi lain.
3. Lamaran yang tidak memenuhi syarat (TMS) akan diberi balasan.
4. Lamaran yang memenuhi syarat (MS) akan diberikan balasan disertai dengan tanda peserta ujian/nomor ujian dan informasi tempat ujian.
