Qualification :

Graduated S1 degree from reputable University
*
Having 2 years experiences in Training & Development, preferably from Multifinance company.
*
Excellent presentation and proactive communication skill and has an interest in people development area.
*
Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
*
Familiar with MS Office & internet.
*
Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinker, and under pressure.
