SHE OFFICER

The qualifications are:

*
Min Diploma degree in Occupational Health & Safety from reputable university
*
Min. 2 years experience in safety management supervision, risk assessment, safety management implementation, safety program facilitator, and safety program coaching.
*
Fluent in English both oral and written.
*
Advanced in MS Office.
*
Willing to be placed in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
*
Certified as Safety Expert (Ahli K3 bersertifikat)

Responsibility :

*
Developing and maintaining Safety, Health and Environment program;
*
Ensuring all the SHE condition comply to the applicable rule and regulation;
*
Promoting employee awareness on safety matters through briefing, training and other communication media.

PURCHASING STAFF

Roles & Responsibility :

To execute day by day purchasing duties and ensure the delivering of purchase order on timely schedule

Requirements:

*
D3 / S1 Industrial Engineering or Chemical
*
Experience in handling purchasing activities min 1 year
*
Understand and PPIC flow
*
Computer literate & fluent in English is must
*
Experience with SAP / BOM System is preferable
*
Understand and having experience in handling EXIM procedure
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
*
Willing to be located at Jababeka Plant
*
Integrity, Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature and Committed finish the task

QA Engineer

Qualification:

*
Male / Female, age min 30 years old
*
Min. S1 Degree in any discipline, GPA = 2.75
*
Minimum 4 years formal work experience in Quality Department
*
Familiar with HACCP, GMP and ISO standard
*
Must be hands on in maintenance of QMS complying with ISO 9001-18000 standards
*
Experience in implementation HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 is must. Additional experience in ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 implementation is added value
*
Good business acumen and customer service orientation
*
Having experience in plastic industry is preferable
*
Excellent English skills (both oral & written) and computer literate
*
Having excellent planning & analytical ability, good leadership & decision making skill
*
Proactive; strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skill
*
Pressure persistent & able to thrive in fast-paced, team player with exceptional coordination skill

Exim Staff

Responsibilities :

1.
To handle export and import activities, documentation and clearance process
2.
As a contact person with forwarder for customs issue
3.
To do day by day administration for exim activities, administraction for inland transportation ( trucking delivery) and administration for SCM team

Requirements :

1.
Diploma/Bachelor
2.
Has experience with related function min 1 year
3.
Age 23-28 tahun
4.
Understand exim proses and shipping regulation
5.
Able to operate computer and email
6.
Hard worker, can work under pressure, trustworthy
7.
Willing to be located at Jababeka Plant

Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities :

1.
Manage and maintain personal database
2.
Compile allowance calculation from HR Admin and calculate payroll
3.
Make payroll Report to Finance & bank
4.
Make Tax Report by E-SPT and Jamsostek Report

Job Requirements :

1.
S1 from Accounting, economic
2.
3 years solid experiance with payroll and its requirements
3.
Well understand about Income Tax (PPH21) and e-SPT application
4.
Well understand about Jamsostek Report
5.
Details, hard work, honest, can work under pressure,responsive
