HR Specialist - (Cikarang Based)
Key Duties ;
This position will assist Factory HR Manager related to :
1. Learning and Development ;
1. Conduct “Learning Need Analysis” for all Department
2. Develop Training Module
3. Design Learning program
4. Implement and evaluate Learning activities
2. Recruitment Process ;
1. Analyse Man Power needs from all Department
2. Maintain Man Power compare to the budget
3. Posting Job Vacancy to the advertiser
4. Select the candidates
5. Prepare interview tools and session
6. Finalize the recruitment process
Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) From Industrial Engineering, Management or other related Social Science
2. Must have minimum 3 years solid experience in HR Specialist function, preferably from HR Consultant or FMCG Manufacturing setting
3. The incumbent must have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication & presentation skill, flexible, high integrity and “Can Do” attitude
4. willing to be assigned in Cikarang Factory
