PROCUREMENT OFFICER (PO)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
· Having experience at least 2 (two) years in GA/Procurement Administration process

· Self starter and highly motivated person

· Have initiative and hand on experience in MS Office/Excel

· Willing to work hard and meet the tight deadline of reporting

SENIOR FINANCIAL REPORTING OFFICER (SFRO)

Key Responsibilities:

*
Preparing various financial reports to Management and Head Office.
*
Checking daily/monthly reconciliation report for certain other assets and liabilities account
*
Monitoring the movement of balance sheet and profit - loss account and investigating/ preparing the explanation of the caused
*
Advisory to the branches and other department related correct accounting treatment for certain banking transaction
*
Preparing highlight financial performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

*
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
*
Having experience at least 3 (two) years in Banking or Accounting Firm
*
Self starter and highly motivated person
*
Good command of English, both in written and verbal
*
Hands on experience with MS Office - Excel
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
*
Able to work well under tight deadline

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION OFFICER
(MCO)


Key Responsibilities:

*
Plays leading role in development and execution of Marketing and communications initiatives related to Wealth Management and consumer products (liability) in accordance with corporate business plans & objectives
*
Closely liaising with business unit (RBS, Wealth Management & Consumer Products) as an Account Manager for all marketing initiatives
*
Manages marketing budget
*
Support Management efforts in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders (including media and customer)
*
Ensures all marketing activities are carried out in accordance with PTBC risk profiles and regulatory requirements
*
Champion project include (but not limited to): Wealth Management signature annual campaign, radio talk show program, liability/consumer products promo, etc.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
*
Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in related area
*
Have good leadership skill and Management & Planning
*
A strategic thinker, self motivated and results-oriented
*
Able to form strategic relationship and influence others
*
Able to work with all levels and communicate with clarity
*
Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must

COMMUNICATION/PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER
(PRM)



Key Responsibilities:

*
Oversees the entire operation of communications unit, which mainly entails:

- Acting as public relations representatives for PTBC

- Interacting with external and internal stakeholders with an aim to projecting

a positive perception of the bank

- Developing and overseeing all project-wide public relations programs

*
Oversees development and execution of strategic communications plan in conjunction with corporate plans & initiatives, and other department
*
Supports Managements efforts in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders (including media and customers)
*
Oversees internal communications programs
*
Manages communications budget
*
Ensures all public relations activities are carried out in accordance with PTBC risk profiles and regulatory requirement
*
Champions projects include (but not limited to): content management for website and intranet, CSR Project, etc

Required Qualifications and Skills:

*
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
*
Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in related area
*
Have good leadership skill and Management & Planning
*
A strategic thinker, self motivated and results-oriented
*
Able to form strategic relationship and influence others
*
Able to work with all levels and communicate with clarity
*
Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must
