As Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will need to undertake regular review of department adherence to the Bank’s internal policy and procedure through process and system audits. As a part of this role, you will be required to perform process capability studies to ensure how well the process or product meets the expected requirement to enable management to predict current and future defect for any given measurement characteristic. Qualification
Master/University graduate in Accounting/Finance with 3-4 years experience along with sound knowledge of Bank Indonesia regulations and other related Government/Group Legislative and Regulatory is mandatory. Internal Audit Officer
Major Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills

Responsibilities
The role would expect you to ensure compliance of Credit Card business operations with prevailing laws and regulations, successful collaboration with stakeholder for compliance related matters and oversee the submission of regulatory reports. The job holder would also be responsible to liaise with officers and follow up for respective audit comments.
Qualifications
You would be required to hold a degree from a reputable university (GPA min 3.0), with a minimum of 2 years experience in public accounting firm. Senior Quality Assurance Officer
Major Responsibilities
In this role you will be required to monitor and ensure that internal control is adequate and in place to mitigate risks by undertaking various review on the areas of the Bank that presents operational risk. As a job holder, you will need to assist the manager in identifying, assessing and rectifying the processes in the Bank in accordance with the company’s policy and procedure, regulations and best practices in the banking industry.
As Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will need to undertake regular review of department adherence to the Bank’s internal policy and procedure through process and system audits. As a part of this role, you will be required to perform process capability studies to ensure how well the process or product meets the expected requirement to enable management to predict current and future defect for any given measurement characteristic. Apart from this, you will have to improve and optimize processes and also administer the quality assurance programmer for continues improvement.
Qualification
Master/University graduate in Accounting/Finance with 3-4 years experience along with sound knowledge of Bank Indonesia regulations and other related Government/Group Legislative and Regulatory is mandatory. Good knowledge of the principles of risk management, accounting and auditing along with knowledge of local business practices and cultures is another pre- requisite. You will be expected to have a broad understanding of banking system and procedures. Good planning and organizing skills along with well developed negotiations skills will be advantageous.
Relationship Manager – Personal Banking
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will be responsible for leading and growing a personal business, understanding customer needs, and actively educating existing and potential customers about ANZ banking products. The candidate is also expected to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels and grow the business through new customer acquisition. Have a good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill in undeniably important for this role in order to build and maintain networks.
Qualification
Tertiary Qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business /Management / Commerce /Finance / Accounting /Economics is a pre-requisite for this role. Also, a demonstrated sales experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets is essential for this role. Knowledge in basic banking products and investment products is another key requirement.
Internal Audit Officer
Major Responsibilities
The role would expect you to monitor and ensure that internal control is adequate and in place to mitigate risks by undertaking various review on the areas of the Bank that presents operational risk. You would need to assist the manager in identifying, assessing and rectifying the processes in the Bank to be in accordance with the company’s policy and procedure, regulations and best practice in the banking industry. Apart from conducting research and fieldwork on components of an assigned work stream or work area within a business, you would also be required to create clear and concise working documents. You would be required to address key risk areas with appropriately drawn conclusions and demonstrate clear traceability of findings. Additionally, you would need to ensure all work papers are delivered on time, with accurate results, and with the appropriate level of detail and traceability to support conclusions.
Preparing audit report and management letter, highlighting audit findings / exceptions for sign off by Internal Audit Manager would be your additional responsibilities. You would also need to subsequently follow-up to ensure that exceptions highlighted are rectified and assist Internal Audit Manager to conduct “Spot Audit”. In addition to this, you would be required to coordinate / review the systems and control the assigned departmental audit to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures laws, regulations and contract which could have a significant impact on operations and reports.
Mandatory Skills
You would be required to possess Master/ University graduate in Accounting/ Finance with 2-3 years experience with good knowledge of the principles of risk management, accounting and auditing. Sound knowledge of Bank Indonesian regulations and other related Government/Group Legislative and Regulatory requirement with good knowledge of local business practices and cultures are mandatory requirements. You would be required to have a broad understanding of banking system and procedures with good planning and organizing skills and multiple activities within a business framework and an ability to work independently setting priorities for multiple tasks. Well developed negotiations skills and good oral and written communication skill (English and Indonesia) would be an advantage.

Reporting to Compliance Manager, you are responsible for implementing and maintaining high quality risk management and regulatory compliance programs. You are required to involve in testing outsourced function and internal SLA's for Compliance of local regulatory issues and also ensure maintenance of minimum agreed standards. You will be proactively involved in continuous improvement on Indonesia Compliance Program.
Tertiary qualification in Finance /Accounting. You should apply business knowledge in understanding the principles of risk management, accounting and auditing. You should also possess sound knowledge of Central Bank reporting and regulatory requirements and also knowledge of local business practices and cultures. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills is another main criterion for this role. You should possess ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with diverse areas within the bank. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines is another major important area for this role. You should possess broad understanding of ANZ Panin Systems and procedures.

d. Alamat ( sesuai KTP )
e. Jabatan dan kode jabatan yang dilamar
f. Nomor Telpon/HP yang mudah dihubungi
3. Warna map:
a. Tenaga Guru : Kuning
b. Tenaga Kesehatan : Merah
c. Tenaga Teknis : Biru
4. Lamaran dapat diajukan setiap hari kerja dari tanggal17-11-2008 sampai dengan tanggal 28-11-2008 bertempat di GOR Yuwana Mandala Tembau Jalan Trengguli I Tembau Denpasar yaitu
a. Hari Senin s/d Kamis : Pk. 08.30 s/d Pk. 13.30 Wita
b. Hari Jumat : Pk. 08.30 s/d Pk. 11.30 Wita
5. Pelamar yang dapat mengikuti ujian adalah pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi dan telah mendapatkan Tanda Peserta Ujian.
6. Khusus dalam hal kebutuhan guru kelas SD diutamakan penerimaannya untuk peserta ujian yang mempunyai kwalifikasi pendidikan S1 PGSD.
7. Ujian akan dilaksanakan nanti pada :
Hari/Tanggal : Minggu, 7 Desember 2008
Pukul : 09.00 Wita
Tempat : ( ditentukan pada tgl 1 Desember 2008 yang pengumumannya dapat
dibaca/dilihat ditempat pendaftaran )
dengan membawa :
a. pensil 2 B Asli
b. penghapus pensil
c. rautan/penajam pensil
d. alat tempat menulis
Peserta ujian agar hadir 30 menit sebelum ujian dilaksanakan.
8. Hasil pelaksanaan ujian bagi pelamar yang lulus dan diterima akan diumumkan pada tanggal 22 Desember 2008
9. Pendaftaran tidak dipungut biaya.
10. Lamaran yang dibuat atau didaftarkan mendahului pengumuman ini dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
I. Jabatan dan kwalifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan adalah sebagai berikut

II. Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi adalah sebagai berikut :
a. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia
b. Usia paling rendah 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan paling tinggi 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada 1 Januari 2009 atau paling tinggi 40 (empat puluh) tahun pada 1 Januari 2009 bagi yang bekerja pada instansi pemerintah atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional paling kurang 5 (lima) tahun secara terus menerus pada 17 April 2002
Usia ditentukan berdasarkan tanggal kelahiran yang tercantum dalam Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar atau Ijasah.
c. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan Keputusan Pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan.
d. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil / Anggota Tentara Nasional Indonesia / Anggota Kepolisian Negara atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Swasta.
e. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
f. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan keterampilan yang diperlukan.
g. Berkelakuan baik yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Berkelakuan Baik dari Kepolisian.
h. Sehat Jasmani dan rohani.
i. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau Negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah.
j. Bersedia melepaskan diri dari jabatan pengurus dan atau anggota partai politik pada saat dinyatakan lulus ujian penyaringan.
k. Berijasah sesuai dengan kwalifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan.
l. Lulus seleksi atau ujian.
III. Tata Cara Mengajukan Lamaran
1. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dan ditanda tangani sendiri oleh pelamar dengan tinta hitam diatas kertas bermeterai Rp. 6000,- (enam ribu rupiah) ditujukan kepada Walikota Denpasar, dengan melampirkan :
a. Foto copy Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar atau Ijasah yang disahkan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang.
b. Foto Copy Transkrip Nilai Ijasah yang disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
c. Foto Copy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
d. Pas foto terbaru ukuran 3 x 4 cm hitam putih sebanyak 3 lembar (pakaian berkerah dan kedua daun telinga tampak jelas).
e. Bagi yang usianya lebih dari 35 tahun sampai dengan 40 tahun dan mempunyai masa pengabdian pada instansi Pemerintah atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum paling kurang 5 (lima) tahun secara terus menerus pada 17 April 2002 juga harus melampirkan :
d.1. Foto copy sah Surat Keputusan /Bukti Pengangkatan pertama dan terakhir.
d.2. Surat Keterangan dari Instansi/Lembaga Swasta tempat bekerja yang menerangkan bahwa sampai dengan saat ini yang bersangkutan masih melaksanakan tugas/bekerja pada instansi/Lembaga Swasta tersebut.
d.3. Foto copy sah akta pendirian lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum.
2. Setiap Pelamar harus menyebutkan dalam lamarannya jabatan dan kode jabatan yang dilamar.
3. Surat lamaran beserta kelengkapannya dibuat dalam rangkap 1 (satu) dan dibawa langsung oleh pelamar yang bersangkutan ke tempat pendaftaran.
IV. Materi ujian
Materi yang akan diujikan adalah Tes Kompetensi Dasar, terdiri dari :
1. Tes Pengetahuan Umum, meliputi :
a. Idiologi
b. Politik
c. Ekonomi
d. Sosial dan Budaya
e. Pertahanan dan Keamanan (Hankam)
f. Hukum
2. Tes Bakat Skolastik, meliputi :
a. Kemampuan verbal, yaitu padanan kata/sinonim, lawan kata/antonim, analogi, dan pemahaman wacana.
b. Kemampuan Kwantitatif, yaitu deretan angka, aritmatika, dan geomatrika.
c. Kemampuan penalaran yaitu, penalaran logis dan penalaran analitis.
3. Tes Skala Kematangan, meliputi :
a. Kemampuan beradaptasi
b. Pengendalian diri
c. Semangat berprestasi
d. Integritas
e. Inisiatif
V. Lain-lain :
