Compliance Officer - Cards
Responsibilities
The role would expect you to ensure compliance of Credit Card business operations with prevailing laws and regulations, successful collaboration with stakeholder for compliance related matters and oversee the submission of regulatory reports. The job holder would also be responsible to liaise with officers and follow up for respective audit comments.
Qualifications
You would be required to hold a degree from a reputable university (GPA min 3.0), with a minimum of 2 years experience in public accounting firm. In addition to this you would require to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English and have a good understanding of the concept in familiar testing and assessment. Firm decision making and ability to work with minimum supervision would be mandatory requirements.
Senior Quality Assurance Officer
Major Responsibilities
In this role you will be required to monitor and ensure that internal control is adequate and in place to mitigate risks by undertaking various review on the areas of the Bank that presents operational risk. As a job holder, you will need to assist the manager in identifying, assessing and rectifying the processes in the Bank in accordance with the company’s policy and procedure, regulations and best practices in the banking industry.
As Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will need to undertake regular review of department adherence to the Bank’s internal policy and procedure through process and system audits. As a part of this role, you will be required to perform process capability studies to ensure how well the process or product meets the expected requirement to enable management to predict current and future defect for any given measurement characteristic. Apart from this, you will have to improve and optimize processes and also administer the quality assurance programmer for continues improvement.
Qualification
Master/University graduate in Accounting/Finance with 3-4 years experience along with sound knowledge of Bank Indonesia regulations and other related Government/Group Legislative and Regulatory is mandatory. Good knowledge of the principles of risk management, accounting and auditing along with knowledge of local business practices and cultures is another pre- requisite. You will be expected to have a broad understanding of banking system and procedures. Good planning and organizing skills along with well developed negotiations skills will be advantageous.
Relationship Manager – Personal Banking
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will be responsible for leading and growing a personal business, understanding customer needs, and actively educating existing and potential customers about ANZ banking products. The candidate is also expected to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels and grow the business through new customer acquisition. Have a good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill in undeniably important for this role in order to build and maintain networks.
Qualification
Tertiary Qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business /Management / Commerce /Finance / Accounting /Economics is a pre-requisite for this role. Also, a demonstrated sales experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets is essential for this role. Knowledge in basic banking products and investment products is another key requirement.
Internal Audit Officer
Major Responsibilities
The role would expect you to monitor and ensure that internal control is adequate and in place to mitigate risks by undertaking various review on the areas of the Bank that presents operational risk. You would need to assist the manager in identifying, assessing and rectifying the processes in the Bank to be in accordance with the company’s policy and procedure, regulations and best practice in the banking industry. Apart from conducting research and fieldwork on components of an assigned work stream or work area within a business, you would also be required to create clear and concise working documents. You would be required to address key risk areas with appropriately drawn conclusions and demonstrate clear traceability of findings. Additionally, you would need to ensure all work papers are delivered on time, with accurate results, and with the appropriate level of detail and traceability to support conclusions.
Preparing audit report and management letter, highlighting audit findings / exceptions for sign off by Internal Audit Manager would be your additional responsibilities. You would also need to subsequently follow-up to ensure that exceptions highlighted are rectified and assist Internal Audit Manager to conduct “Spot Audit”. In addition to this, you would be required to coordinate / review the systems and control the assigned departmental audit to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures laws, regulations and contract which could have a significant impact on operations and reports.
Mandatory Skills
You would be required to possess Master/ University graduate in Accounting/ Finance with 2-3 years experience with good knowledge of the principles of risk management, accounting and auditing. Sound knowledge of Bank Indonesian regulations and other related Government/Group Legislative and Regulatory requirement with good knowledge of local business practices and cultures are mandatory requirements. You would be required to have a broad understanding of banking system and procedures with good planning and organizing skills and multiple activities within a business framework and an ability to work independently setting priorities for multiple tasks. Well developed negotiations skills and good oral and written communication skill (English and Indonesia) would be an advantage.
Compliance Officers ( 2 positions )
Reporting to Compliance Manager, you are responsible for implementing and maintaining high quality risk management and regulatory compliance programs. You are required to involve in testing outsourced function and internal SLA's for Compliance of local regulatory issues and also ensure maintenance of minimum agreed standards. You will be proactively involved in continuous improvement on Indonesia Compliance Program.
Tertiary qualification in Finance /Accounting. You should apply business knowledge in understanding the principles of risk management, accounting and auditing. You should also possess sound knowledge of Central Bank reporting and regulatory requirements and also knowledge of local business practices and cultures. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills is another main criterion for this role. You should possess ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with diverse areas within the bank. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines is another major important area for this role. You should possess broad understanding of ANZ Panin Systems and procedures.
