We produce and market strong brands such as Bir Bintang, Heineken, Guinness Stout, Bintang Zero, and Green Sands. Our Sales and Marketing offices operate in all major cities from Medan (North Sumatra) to Sorong (Papua).
To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for talented and energetic person to be our:
Brewing & Cellar Coordinator
Accountabilities:
1.
To review the availability of raw materials & chemicals for B & C (stock & quality) and control the usage.
2.
To propose study and make a short motivation on organization structure, productivity/efficiency, targets, budgeting, management, development and succession plan.
3.
To monitor & control brewing performance to be within standard quality, procedures and production.
Requirements:
*
University graduate (S1) from Chemical or Food Technology.
*
Min. 3 years relevant practical experience in various departments (production/utilities) in the brewery or other food industry.
*
Advance level of knowledge on production processes, engineering aspects, electricity and instrumentation, preferably in the brewery or other food industry.
*
Computer literate (MS Office & Others), familiar with SAP is an advantage.
*
Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP.
*
Good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
*
Good communication skill in English.
